Great product. Disappointed it didn’t come with any instructions though. We figured it all out in the end.

The hoverboard is really good and has a very good battery life. It’s very durable aswell so it doesn’t break easy

Poor battery life compared to competitor.
Not in English so don’t understand what is being said when turned on.
Straps snapped on first use.
Poor response to complaint.

Bought a hoverkart from this company which works great! I had a slight issue with the lights not working but was all sorted in no time many thanks guys!

I would give zero stars if I could. I received the hoverboard kart and it was damaged and all scratched. I was told I receive part refund if I kept it which I never received as it I a damaged item the company is responsible for payment to return the item which they ignored and wouldn't pay for.The collauge has no customer skills or politeness about him. He is very rude arrogant and very bad temper. I would not reccomend anyone to deal with this company. It was damaged before it was packed and the packaging was terrible and yet they blame the courier when it clearly wasn't anything to do with them it WAS HOVERBOARD PRO they are a joke and scam you then won't pay up the refund they say they will give. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SELLER

Bought my son a hover board for Christmas, by middle of January it stopped working.
Couldn’t get hold of anyone.
Finally in feb spoke to someone on their messenger on Facebook, who informed me I needed to pay for the return for them to look at it. And sent us the address with a comment saying, let me know when you’ve sent it.
Very very very bad products and customer care.

Excellent service, literally arrived within 24 hours. All packaged discreetly so no 'peeking' eyes could see before their birthday. Great communication

Received the hoverboard however it wouldn’t charge from the start. I was advised replacement would be issued. Not received the replacement or any tracking details and now they are not replying to messages / emails.
Updated - After initial issues the company responded and sent a replacement battery and charger. (Sight delay due to the weather and courier)The hoverboard now works and charges.

I bought a hoverboard with cart Christmas 2019 for Our Grandson Charlie 9years old .
He absolutely loves it when he is not on his bike he is on his cart.
Since we bought it he has never had one problem with it would recommend anyone wanting one to buy from this company first class product and service..I am going to buy one this year for Our Grandson Harry he can't wait.

Hoverboard and cart bought for our Grandson for Christmas, the welding broke after a few hours of use in two places and I sent photographs of the damage and an email asking for an exchange .I was advised by email I could PURCHASE a replacement with a 50% discount. I phoned to explain that it was faulty and I should not have too pay anything,the man on the call refused saying that the damage was caused by stones which was not the case .Eventually I ran out of patience and told him I would pay 50% discount and to send a replacement. He then relented and said he would speak to a colleague to see what they could do .I received an email advising that they would send out Replacement for the damaged parts.This was done quite quickly however when received parts were white to go with a black unit and had been scratched in transit and one of the damaged parts was missing After contacting them again 10 days later The other part was received. Had an exchange been offered in full in the first place I would not have given this one star review.

Super customer services, can't fault them at all! Rapid delivery and I'm sure the hoverboard will be perfect, currently not been opened as its a gift. I would highly recommend

The board was great fun for everyone unfortunately it had a little issue but with help above and beyond what I expected from a company,had a real personal touch.couldn’t have done more to resolve the issue! Now got the board back and excited to get the little one back out on it ! Thank you so much again!

Ordered a hoverboard and kart. Child had a change of mind. Order cancelled. Great customer service with full refund immediately.

Ordered the kids hoverboard and kart with their birthday money. One arrived with broken seat, not sellers fault. One week later replacement seat arrived and one day after using hoverboard is stopped working. Company were in touch swiftly asking for video of malfunctioning hoverboard. This was sent. 3 days later, 3 emails chasing this and one very upset little boy..... Still no reply or resolution offered! No answer to the telephone number provided either. * update * seller has been in contact and fully resolved. Hoverboard sent back and fixed. Now on route back to us.
