Ordering the windows was simplicity itself. The team at House of Windows are both knowledgeable and very helpful and talked me through the whole process offering advice on things like hinges, vents, types of glass, etc.
The windows were delivered 2 weeks ahead of the original estimate. I was contacted the day before delivery and the delivery driver kept me updated on his progress and estimated time of arrival.
The windows fitted perfectly and are a huge improvement over the previous windows. Great company that I will be using again.

Replacement window…
Website very easy to use and understand when ordering windows. Delivered within timeframe at time of order and on the agreed day. Delivery driver was very helpful, only thing he didn’t do was fit it! 😂. I will go back again as they were so easy to use with good communication and excellent price.

Frame height made too small ( look at small print)
Frame height made too small, should be made more clear that cill is incorporated into the total height, thus making frame 30mm short.
Frame extension needed to solve issue (£27) but £50 to deliver!( must be sent by armed guard delivery service.
1 x pane of glass smashed on delivery, 7 days to deliver replacement.
Not great this time but products decent quality.

Thank you for your feedback Jason. We sincerely apologise that a glass unit arrived damaged upon delivery. While this is a rare occurrence, we always aim to supply and deliver replacements as quickly as possible. Regarding the height, our website does state that the height ordered needs to be inclusive of any cill required. We offered to provide the frame extension at cost, which directly covers the courier charge to us due to the length required. Unfortunately, we were unable to reduce this cost any further.
Easy from start to finish
Easy to order from website. Follow up call to double check things. Lead time explained and window arrived on time and well packaged. Will definitely consider House of Windows again.

Purchased a composite door to replace our back door.
Website, brilliant for the way you can build the door specification, as well as live pricing as you change things.
After submission, great to have the phone call to confirm details and make payment.
Confirmation email is clear, we had a discrepancy with cill on the design, which was soon rectified with a phone call referencing the initial design.
Hey presto, 2 weeks later receive a notification that door is to be delivered later in the week.
Arrived as expected.
Fitted door the following day, fairly straight forward.
Yes, definitely use them again, currently looking at replacing front door.

Horrible company, stay away
Left my house to be with two unsecured windows more than a week and counting. Dragging abut the quality when cant even send out right window glassing beads.
Ordered two windows. First they send one window glass to be wrong one - no bigy. Got replacement glass. Put both windows in to find glassing beads are wrong as well. They have no urgency to get it sorted, one email a day company. Got triple glazed windows to save and now paying fortune for heating as two windows are not fully secured.
Absolutely horrible experience.
