Excellent place
Nice people. Always professional. Ive been using the Henley clinic for ear wax removal for a few years before it came under the House of Hearing brand because they take so much care. And now the price is lower, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently had my hearing checked at House of Hearing in Edinburgh. It was very easy to make an appointment and the testing they gave me felt very thorough. Afterwards the audiologist explained the results. With very helpful information to take forward. All the staff from start to finish were friendly and I would certainly recommend the House of Hearing.

Absolute rip off, paid £50 was in there less than two minutes.
Looked inside my ears and sent me on my way. Awful service.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Earwax Removal appointment. These appointments are charged at a fixed fee of £49, which covers the clinician’s time, examination of your ears, professional assessment and advice, and of course any treatment that is required.
If treatment isn't recommended, either because there isn't any troublesome wax present, or treatment is otherwise not clinically recommended for a patient's health, we will not carry out treatment.
You of course are welcome back any time for a Free Hearing Test, or if you would like to discuss your recent experience in more detail, we would be more than happy to speak to you about this.

Clean, relaxing, spacious premises - no annoying background music!
Clinician very courteous, knowledgable and helpful, explaining the current state of my hearing loss and advice as to what aids I could upgrade to should I wish to at any time in the future. No sales pressure, just very clear and helpful.

A great service
My recent visit to see Michael was a revelation. Michael took on board all my problems, and the fitting experience of my new hearing aids was excellent. I have further visits yet, but have the utmost confidence he will make my hearing better than it has been for some time.

Ultra reliable advice on hearing care
The staff at Morpeth were as always , extremely helpful and focused on what's best for the user/ customer.
In this case we were deciding next steps on replacement hearing aids. The process was really structured and understandable.
