Horton Brasses Omdömen

The hinges and knobs for my kitchen and all my bathrooms are from Horton Brasses. The quality is excellent. I love that they are American made. They are very friendly and helpful. I needed two replacement knobs after a mixup in finish between my cabinet maker and me. When I called HB, they sent out two new knobs without charge right away. For my kitchen I think I was short a knob or two and they also helped solve this quickly. When I need knobs or hinges they are the ones I go to.

Excellent quality product and good customer service.

Looking for replacement parts for 150 year old brass drawer pull. Had just what I needed. Great products and service.

I am a return customer for Horton. There is never any doubt about the quality of merchandise you will receive. There shipping is fast and fair, a five star company to deal with. Made In America is very important to me. Thank You Again!!

They had exactly what I needed and provided accurate dimensions and photos. Easy to order and fast delivery. Very impressed.

Ordered some hinges and a drawer pull for a Pembroke table project. Very pleased withe the quality of the hardware & prompt shipping.

Great experience with Horton Brasses. The products are of the absolute highest quality, well beyond what you would see from a design house or higher end big box store. Love the personal touch of working with Horton.

Difference in ship to vs. bill to address which can cause frequent issues was handled without a hitch -great customer service and attention to detail!

Received items within the time promised, and items were as described. No surprises, no delays, good prices.

Great service and love the product. Ordered six handles for antique dresser. Love the quality - worth the price.

First off messed up ordering and had to make two separate orders and pay for shipping twice. Horton condensed the order and refunded me the money. The Oder got to me promptly and the quality is fantastic. The packaging was also environmentally friendly.

good quality, competatively priced, prompted shipping

I always trust Horton Brasses for all my furniture construction hardware needs. I had lost the keys to a chest that I had made years ago. They were able to look up on the computer when I had purchased the lock and sold me two new keys that fit perfectly. They are the best and will always purchase their products for their quality and service.

Great working with Orion to resolve a matter that others could not. Helped to create a solution by modifying a product for a specific function. Thanks

I bought a dresser that needed replacement ring pulls since two had previously been replaced with plain knobs. I had a difficult time finding replacements that were big enough until I found Horton Brasses. I ordered a set of the pulls and they arrived within the week and are beautiful, quality pulls. The finish is lovely and the dresser is looking good!

Have used Horten numerous times and have always been satisfied with quality and quickness to shipping.

Good Stuff, as described

good product that you pay for, but high quality and period correct. wish the web site gave more info on size and dimensions - makes it easier to choose the lock or hinge for my build.

I ordered 6" pins for an antique four poster bed. Kept my fingers crossed that they would fit. THey arrived ahead of the date espected in excelant working order. I would have been happy with the service even if they did not fit...But they did fit perfectly. Awesome.

Great service and a huge selection.
