l ordered a sample. We really like it. We will be ordering once we have the money saved. Not sure if there are any sales.

Their policy is to leave the tile at the curb. My curb is very far from my house and it was very difficult to have it moved. However the company offered me a resolution that is more than fair.

Stone Tile Depot provides excellent service, great prices, and fast delivery. The representative responded promptly even though it was slightly after business hours, helping me estimate the quantity and delivery time. Much better service than my architect’s recommended stone yard. Would use Stone Tile Yard again.

Customer Service, namely Anna. She was knowledgeable with tile type and ETAs. She assisted me in making the correct tile choice by explaining the difference between polish, matted and honed. She was patient, professional and understanding as I explained my timeline for delivery since I was working with a contractor. She assured me that the tile I chose was in stock and would be there for me when I was ready to place the order. She is an asset to your Stone Tile Depot customer-facing team!

Marble bathroom and checkers entryway,it was hard to find 24x24 marble but they had it and even shipped for free.great service and replacing the broken ones really apreciate it.

ordered a set of tiles online but made a mistake not triple checking the size first......so i cannot comment much on the product itself since it was never installed but looked good. Stone Tile Depot offered me the return as advertised and Kathy went above and beyond with a full refund.

Beautiful tile. Competitive prices that were the best for this tile. Best of all the tile was packaged well on a small pallet and arrived in perfect condition.

My original order got sent back because I missed two calls from the shipper to confirm delivery. I didn't recognize the number and get fake calls multiple times day so I didn't answer.
I don't hold that against you, since it was the shipper, but when I paid an additional fee to re-ship the order to me and you sat on it for a week or more because you didn't feel like dealing with the problem and shipper wanted additional money. As this is happening, I got an email stating my reshipment is on its way and we are planning our operations accordingly, yet the shipment never left your facility and was never going to without me pressing and complaining.

Product bought was canceled within 24 hrs and asked to cancel due to HOA restrictions. Sales said the order would be processed 1 week later.But it was received in few days. There is 30 day return policy and no action to pick up the tiles or refund. Many calls and emails have been sent but no response when this would be done.
