Assembly a little difficult
The bike is amazing. It just took us a while to do the assembly as the video was different and I thought the assembly instructions would come with the bike in the box and not in an email.

I bought the bike 1 week ago
Edit: I must say I should have asked for their help beforehand the review, they were really helpful as soon as they saw it, thanks
I bought the bike 1 week ago, after reading all the reviews to be honest I was expecting something more durable, I use the bike to go work and back nothing else, after 1 week the derailleur is not working as it was at the beginning, clicks like 5 times before every change. Today on the road I went for a ride and literally the inner tube exploded and I can't think that I put too much pressure since I put 2 bar. I am not gonna lie the bike is good looking but the theory of cheap sometimes is expensive is real, I know this kind of things can happen but after 1 week?

Hi Gaston,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We hadn’t received any feedback from you regarding this issue, but after seeing your review, we’ve proactively reached out to assist you as soon as possible.
We can confirm that your bike is equipped with a Kenda inner tube and a Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain — both of which are known for their durability and reliability. That said, we also understand that unexpected issues can occasionally happen.
Our after-sales support team has already contacted you to help resolve the situation for you. We truly hope to assist you in resolving this and improving your experience with the bike.
Kind regards,

Blaze Cues 29'
The bike is very good and would definitely recommend. Only flaw would be delivery as I ordered from Victoria and star track wasn't updating frequently. Otherwise bike is amazing!
