I wouldn’t suggest this location. Their online inventory isn’t accurate, and they don’t seem to be upfront about it. It’s frustrating that it took nearly a full week for them to realize an item wasn’t actually in stock.

I’ve tried to buy a Lego set from a guy owning some Star Wars Legos. He wasn’t able to send it, because BAM won’t deliver the legos to him.
Scary that America let such disgusting liars and thieves like BAM walk free and let them threat their hard working American people like this. What’s more scary is that the authorities in America let this go on for so long, without seeing the truth laid out right infront them, working against their own law system. Shocking.
I hope they hold company is losing every dime and support they have. I hope the police departments involved, all get fired and taken real lawful action against. Disgusting!
The widely reported events involving one of this brand's franchise locations have seriously damaged my confidence in the brand as a whole.
When a business handles customers' valuable collections, trust and accountability should be the highest priorities. The public reporting surrounding this case has raised significant concerns about whether those standards were met.
While I appreciate that the company has since taken action, this situation has left a lasting negative impression. I hope the brand continues to strengthen its oversight of franchise locations and ensures that similar situations cannot happen again.
I’m saddened by what bricks and figs has done … as a mother with a son who loves your store, I’m no longer able to support you. It scares me that you would allow someone to steal $200,000 from somebody while at the same time sending Police to harass people trying to help this family out. We will no longer be shopping with you anymore.

Awful company they stole a sets of lego star wars from an old man and his family and they called a police and arrested the YouTube content creator that are exposing them. They are working with corrupt American Fork Police which at has a lot of evidence in YouTube. Pls never sell or buy anything from this store or company.

Of all the shady stores to pull shit like this you would think they would realize that their customer base of gamers/autists would not take kindly to thieves bullying a small collector. I am ashamed that this store exists and even more outraged that the individual franchise owners have not put pressure on corporate for how bad of a look this gives them. Steal $200k worth of legos from a dying man?
As a gamer I am utterly and completely disgusted. I will never step foot in a BAM store again regardless of who the individual franchise owner is. There is something to be said that corporate hasn’t been pressured into acting right. The store owners that allow this to continue happening are just as much scum as corporate is in my eyes.

This is a shady company, a criminal is running it and he is having his goons rip off costumers. Do no go to any of their stores if you are a decent human being.
Went in with my lego, 2 weeks later, i havent seen my money or my set.

This one goes to you Pedro! although your experience has been fine it doesn’t override the shady and disgusting narcissistic behavior that is on display at this company. $200,000 is not a few missing pieces. This is someone’s savings that they worked hard to build. If this is how corporate and the people ultimately benefiting from these stores act then this is not a franchise that we should support.
Since everyone is hating ill just write based on my own experience, I’ve never had a negative experience in these stores and have gotten my moneysworth for whatever set I’ve bought, perhaps taking off one star for a few missing pieces
