Amazing customer service
I’ve never felt compelled to write a review however Horacio Bikes has the most outstanding personal customer service and were an absolute pleasure to purchase from. I am interstate and shipping was also unbelievably fast. Highly recommend Horacio Bikes for quality product and outstanding service.

Fantastic service and advice
Helpful, professional and seamless return policy. We had originally purchased a bike and decided to swap it for a larger one, Horacio made the return process so easy and organised a courier to collect and return the original bike. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us through the process.
