Awful and horrendous stay away!

On our first leg - the driver failed to show but ‘marked me’ as a no show. I was told nothing they can do so make my own transport.

On the second leg… apparently there was a booking for 3 people - not 4… so the driver isn’t turning up. No way to reach anyone or speak to a person - everything is a bot.

Unacceptable Level of Service.....Twice

Received an included transfer as part of a Travelodeal package. Very displeased with the service we received on both the arrival and return journey. When we missed our connection in Frankfurt due to a delayed flight, I notified the company right away that we needed to change the pick up time and even after being notified several hours in advance, they called us "no shows" and would not adjust our pick up time to accommodate our revised flight so we lost our pickup and had to pay for our own taxi.

At the end of our vacation, our transfer to the airport was also unacceptable as the driver dropped us at the wrong terminal and we had to find our way to the right terminal ourselves with all of our luggage.

Not sure why Travelodeal would continue to use this vendor. Two out of two experiences were substandard.

So, as soon as you can, stop working with them. Much better.

Transport facilitated by Hoppa

The service - a tranport from central Paris to the airport - requested was not delivered which is one thing. But the driver did nothing to get in contact - as was the case in previous instances. The follow and proof of the service provided did not really give any clarity.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. They cancelled my transfer to the airport without telling me after sending me a WhatsApp confirmation. I missed my flight. I had to take a different flight to get back to the UK and then hire a car to drive 200 miles north. It’s cost me £hundreds. I know I’m not the first but they appear a scam company ready to take your money and not deliver. Avoid them at all costs.

Appalling

As I can see from other posts this company is appalling. We had a taxi booked to take us to the airport in Mallorca back to LGW on the 28th June and they never turned up, answered any calls or responded to me email since I have returned. NEVER USE THEM ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

Waste

I paid hoppago for the transfer on June 28, from Edinburgh airport to the hotel, a minivan for 8 people. The plane was delayed. Exactly 30 minutes after the transfer time, Neil the driver, did not answer the phone. I understand the conditions, I understand that it is not the transfer company's responsibility in such situations, but the driver had to answer the phone. The 30 minutes of waiting are insufficient for how much and how often flights are delayed, especially in summer.

Hoppago are charging for but not managing your unsafe ride

We believed we had paid two pre-arranged airport to resort transfers as part of our holiday package to Hurghada, Egypt. In practice, Travelodeal contracted and issued vouchers for Hoppago. They subcontracted to Jayride. Jayride further subcontracted the journeys to Uber in the Hurghada area.

Below are the details of what actually happened.

Transfer Journey 1
Unlike other transfers, where drivers hold cards with passenger name outside arrivals, there was no one waiting for us after collecting baggage. We made our way to the parking lot as required by the Hoppago voucher, but there was no driver there either. Eventually we simply received a text (screenshot attached) informing us that an Uber driver was on the way. We received calls from Jayride (Hoppago's subcontractor) and the Uber driver. Jayride not being local had no idea about the airport layout and the Uber driver did not speak sufficient English to find us. Both resulted in lengthy costly phone calls and we were fortunate to have the help of a local tour company representative who eventually had the driver understand to meet us at the parking lot. When the driver finally did arrive the car was of a very poor standard.

Transfer Journey 2
The same but worse. Uber were again used by Hoppago's subcontractor Jayride. The driver struggled to find the resort and went to the wrong entrance gate. This again resulted in unnecessary costly calls with both Jayride and again in Arabic with the driver to get this sorted out. Attached is a picture of the appalling car that eventually turned up at our 5* resort. In the car there were seat belts which could not be used because the latches were trapped below the rear seat. Despite being a pre-paid voucher, the driver then attempted to have us pay an additional fee and the airport entry fee normally charged to vehicles.

THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

hoppaGo driver did not turn up to pick me up to get me to Girona Airport, had to take a taxi.

Tried to contact hoppaGo when I got home - they have a form on their website for complaints - but it has a (deliberate?) error so it cannot be submitted. I wonder do hoppaGo realise why they never get any online complaints?

hoppaGo also offer a "contact us": talktous.hoppa.com

But that does not work either!

I contacted their IT department about these problems but nothing has been fixed.

hoppaGo just don't give a damn about their customers. Why give them one star? I'd give them zero stars for zero customer service.

Had two transfers from Barcelona…

Had two transfers from Barcelona airport to salou and vice versa. Both drivers on their phones and speeding the entire time. The return transfer was particularly bad, driver veering all over the road due to him being on his phone. Don't use

Do not use - scam

We had a transfer booked by blue seas holiday (!I will review them after my holiday)
It was supposed to pick us up from hugharda airport and take us 75km to our hotel in soma bay

The transfer never turned up

Other agents had nwmever heard of either travel agent

We found a really nice agent who tried to contact them for us but to no avail no one picked up on the local number we had been given

The airport was closing

We were offered a taxi to our destination for $$70 due to the late time

Our transfer was originally £20

I have had no apologies nor refunds from either the agent I used or hoopa go

Blue seas have confirm that even though they arranged my flight, hotel and transfer they small print clarifies that this is not a package tour so they are not responsible for any issues

I was petrified
