What went wrong this time? Everything.
Lack of communication/confirmation of delivery date
Advised on the day of a delay to delivery-time - customer had to telephone to get more info
Delivery arrived over 2 hours later than originally advised
Paid £25 for delivery - no assembly. The poor delivery guys spoke little or no English - just told to dump and run.
NEVER AGAIN - What TERRIBLE SERVICE
(I could have bought the table, assembled, when I saw it in a store in Devon, for less money, but thought I could order it quite easily when I returned home.)
NEVER AGAIN WITH HOPO - a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If we could give Zero Stars, we would.

Great service There was an issue with the supplier HOPO uses so they suggested an alternative product and order fulfilled with thanks.

Great to see touch and feel the furniture vs online only purchasing .Steve in the shop really knows all his products and the various ranges to guide you through the options. Really helpful and great purchase experience .

Lovely Storage Units.

Order was cancelled due to be a different colour as the one advertised.
Later reposted at a higher price than originally sold. Disappointed to be fair, probably would not use again.

Ordering was easy and Steve was helpful and polite .. All went smoothly and the carrier arrived slightly earlier than arranged time but it was fine as I was in. Had I been out until the agreed time .. it might be a different story ..The 2 men they sent were polite and accommodating. I have shoe coverings and they were happy to wear them as I don’t do shoes in the house. They removed all the packaging and took away with them.

We bought 6 "Jack Cognac Tan PU Leather Dining Chairs with Industrial Legs"
The product is definitely perfectly packed and transported, and when I assembled them, it was very nice.
The main issue was about the delivery company and their delays that annoyed us, but as Hopofurniture was very supportive and they try to do the best to keep ushappy about this E-shop, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Lovely furniture and great service

I was delighted with the service. There was a long period between order and delivery but this did not faze Steve (in the shop) who was unfailingly patient and kind. The delivery guys (Colin & Andy) were on time, efficient and cheerful, and all wrappings etc were removed. The furniture is great.

You can talk to someone face to face, either in store or on the phone. Quick responses via email and the owner will deliver your furniture quickly and efficiently. I received help to remove the packaging (& takes it away) plus we had assistance to attach any handles, etc. I love this shop! Highly recommend shopping at Hopo Furniture.
