I had a plumber back up and my home warranty wouldn’t cover it but my warranty with Home Serve took care everything; the workers were very professional and knowledgeable about their job.
I’ll recommend Home Serve to anyone and I can’t thank them enough for everything!! 5 stars

White's Plumbing & Repair of Richmond, VA replaced my water heater and left over an inch of water in my furnace room around the water heater and furnace. I am disabled and had to sweep out the water. Left trash at site.
He asked for my phone and filled out MY survey that HomeServe had sent via text. I thought he was leaving his number, but he was rating his own business. Unethical.
Don't ever send this contractor back here.
How many old or disabled people has he duped into unknowingly letting him fill out their own surveys?
Please escalate this problem to managers.
Is this indicative of the type of contractors you hire? I am rethinking the coverage I have through HomeServe. What if I get an unscrupulous electrician? That could be fatal.
