Drain buster Mark!
Mark worked until he got the drain in my basement opened up. He was diligent and stuck to the task at hand. He has a very pleasant attitude. I like that he cared about my home and wore special coverings on his feet as he came in and out of the house.

Fixed my smelly problem.
Lane and Hunter were on time. Based on our discussion they got right to work on what they thought was the problem. Lane made a good call and he and Hunter had my smelly issue fixed quickly and properly. These guys are efficient and work well together. Very friendly, personable and articulated what would occur very clearly. These guys are really the best.

Well worth the money
I put a claim in at 2pm and at 2:30 pm a contractor had contacted me and set up an appointment for the same day. Just like that it was fixed and no service fee or upfront fees !!

Home serve did an amazing job and coordinated and excellent plumber to address our leaky gas line in the yard. I would highly recommend this insurance to anyone. They were a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

For the most part homeserve was great
For the most part homeserve was great. We had one agent who was rude-he billed out credit card three times for the deductible and then hung up without scheduling service. We had to call back and get someone else and then she also billed our card and said she couldn’t find where the first guy billed it three times so now we are having to depute it with our card company. It’s annoying and frustrating
