He fixed the dryer, which we needed to be done very efficiently.
I think this is my 3rd survey fir this one repair due to so many companies wanting to know how well it went.
I would suggest you share surveys with your partners over putting it on the customer.
I would rate the current survey outreach for one repair a 2 star.

My experience has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE over the years. This service is no longer beneficial to have. Not to mention, it appears that the mainline replacement done by Prime Plumbing in the spring of 2022 at my home needs to be fixed or replaced. I cannot believe I am dealing with the SAME PROBLEM only 4 years later. This company has made some bad choices over the years. And PHI plumbing is absolute garbage. I am so disappointed. And I wish that I hadn’t spoken so highly of HomeServe over the years. I know a lot of homeowners who purchased coverage from you guys after I raved about my experiences in the early years. Quality has really diminished. I am going to have to see if there is some other kind of coverage I can find or I’ll need to invest in a very high interest bearing savings account to simply pay for things out of pocket or establish a community cooperative model with my neighbors or something. Because this company has really let me down as of late. Again, I cannot believe I’m spinning my wheels trying to resolve and fix past mistakes from your company and your contractors. It’s so unbelievably frustrating.

We made a call that we had a problem. got someone on the phone that took down the information, told us will be contacted by the company to take care of the issue. indid we got the information that someone will be out to fix it.the next day on time michael the technician came out and fixed the issue. So far we are happy with the service.
