My Home Serve Customer Experience
When I contacted Home Serve, their response was immediate. Within minutes a professional from a local service company was on the phone to schedule an initial appointment to assess my problem. Once it was determined that my problem was covered by my policy, the local contractor arranged a date and timeframe to fix the issue. When the repair was completed, my involvement in the situation was finished. I didn't have to worry about any paperwork or payment for services rendered. Home Serve took care of everything.
This is the second time that I have availed myself of a Home Serve policy to have work done at my home. In both instances the company has been prompt in responding and very fair and above board in making coverage determinations. I am extremely pleased with the quality and level of support provided by Home Serve. I highly recommend this company to any potential customer.

Easy to schedule service, not a bunch of hoops to jump through, when the first contractor said we had to wait two weeks and I called back they immediately found a contractor for next day service.

This is absolutely crazy. My dishwasher is 11 years old. The man you sent out here told you that it was unreparable. Now you're trying to hide behind weird clauses of mold, which is built up into my dishwasher. It is unfixable. I need a new dishwasher. You are gonna give me the credit, or I am going to stop. Great communication and quality of work!
I had plumbing work done at my rental property in the basement. The plumber explained everything that he was going to do and was in and out of there within an hour. It was a very good experience!
