Home serve helped me immediately and enlisted the right plumber to accommodate me who then fixed my issue and explained everything!

Timely, friendly and efficient service was provided by Home Serve through their contractor Tegge Electric.

Communitive, professional and Clean

Very difficult to connect to a live rep. Once connected, it was promised that the service will be performed by next day - it took 5 days for technician to arrive.

After calling to report a drain problem the home services contacted a plumber and he came out that day to evaluate the issue. He came back today and fixed my drain and done a great job. He was very kind, through and finished in a very timely matter.

I’m glad I have HomeServe. They come out, access the situation and have good communication with the contractors. Even though some things may not be covered, it’s still worth having.

Dale is very kind treats me with respect. Always willing to answer any questions. Is ver Professional. Listens to what I tell him never makes you feel stupid. In future would prefer to have his company when I have any issues.

I was very impressed with home serve they sent a couple electricians out because I was having electrical problems. The first one couldn’t figure it out then this another one the second day and it was waiting for approval for the work to be done and I just got a message today. That work will be completed. It is covered. Thank you Lord for home service

The process is very easy. The representative makes sure what your repair needs are. Will dispatch repair order to companies in a short period of time. Company will respond quickly and come when it’s convenient for you.

Every time I call I have to be transferred to 3 or 4 department for service my phone number not to my account mu name not correct I been with home serve approximately two years same situation customer service get annoyed you ask them to speak up barely hear them.

Homeserve USA agents taking too long to approve restoration work on damage driveway. Weeks gone by without use of driveway .
