I've been using Home Serve for over 12 years and I've always been treated with respect and there are people who come and do everything in my house are wonderful! Never have I had a problem with them. I highly recommend Home Serve.
The AI answering service that picks up the phone is very picky about the information you provide them. In my first try, I described my problem with an internal plumbing valve that caused the AI to reject my request as "not covered". On the second call, when I worded my problem slightly differently, and all was ok.
When I got passed to a real person, while he was polite, he clearly did not have command of the English language. I had to speak slowly and clearly to be understood. Once we got past that, all the automated interactions, and the service, were great. The job was completed with no issues.
Had repairman out 3 times to fix our ice maker....5 trips total which inclusdes the visit for putting in the new part. Hoping it will be fixed this time. Parts had to be ordered each time delaying by a week or longer for the next visit. We were without an icemaker for 4 weeks.
Everything worked out perfectly. The only drawback was the length of time to get the service completed was over 2 weeks. But the technician was wonderful.

The serviceman you sent was extremely helpful , did a good job and took the time to explain the system, how it works and exactly what he had to do. The staff who arranged for this services also called to confirm his arrival and contacted me for review on the quality of the service. Over all a very good experience, not everyone has the patience to deal with the elderly.

My lights keep flickering the guy that came out said it was because of the led bulbs I had but it was doing that before we put those on
Tyler our technician was very professional and efficient resolving all our problems and communicating everything very clearly with us. He made our experience a very stress free one and we will never use another plumber.!
They had to fix my ceiling light first. Then find a second circuit box. To make everything work
the process was quick, the plumber called me within an hour and he came to the home to take a look at the problem, it was friday afternoon. monday morning he came back to fix the problem
Air condition went out, filed claim on Monday, provider was not called to Wed afternoon, air conditioner repaired on Thursday. Thankful for fix but did not appreciate time delay and lack of communication by Home Serve...being elderly with no air in the midst of summer adversely impacting health of husband. The provider called Corgi was excellent, responsive, providing ongoing communication after receiving referral frim HoneServe.
Technician was great and resolved problems. It initially took a little longer than I expected to get an apppointment
