I wish I could give them zero. Truly shocking customer service. I’ve been trying to return an item for 2 weeks now and they are constantly pushing me to exchange instead, even though the item is unopened in my house. I have called multiple times and they never call me back! What a joke..

Please do not use this company. We purchased from them on two separate occasions now and had trouble both times. We are STILL waiting for them to collect our return to refund us our money. It has been weeks now and still no phone call from them. Every time we call they just tell us they will call back and then we hear nothing. Really bad customer service, I am so disappointed
