I had a bad experience with Homekode
I had a bad experience with Homekode. I ordered 6 Chairs and they only delivered 5 of them. They took my money and left me without the last chair for over 8 months. Nobody contacts me or takes care of it. Also the quality is not nice. Chairs are very hard and uncomfortable.

Four Months of Excuses and Still No Resolution
Absolutely nightmare experience with Home Kode. I ordered a table four months ago, and it arrived cracked. Since then, I have been passed from manager to manager with no accountability, no proper follow-up, and no resolution.
A manager named Noor repeatedly claimed he was handling the situation, but none of his promises materialized. The head manager, Khaled, is a complete joke and completely unaware of what was happening within his own company. I am not sure how these types of employees can earn the title of a manager.
After waiting months for a replacement, they finally delivered the table in the wrong size. I was then told I would receive a refund and would need to reorder it, but that also never happened.
I have noticed more than ten negative reviews posted within the past 90 days describing similar issues, which suggests a disturbing pattern of poor customer service and mismanagement. Four months later, I am still waiting for this company to correct its mistake.
Terrible communication, terrible management, and zero accountability. I strongly advise customers to beware before ordering from Home Kode.

Fake delivery schedules
Fake delivery schedules. Made an order on 7th July while ETD was 7-9 working days order was scheduled for delivery on the 23rd of July which is after 12 working days. On the day of delivery their delivery mentioned he will deliver at 8pm and since 8pm I received no response but car broke down so we are late until 1:30pm almost midnight they arrived. A second order was placed on 23rd July same ETD which is 7-9 business days and it should be delivered by today 5th August, When reached out to support they mentioned that we will raise a ticket and it takes 48 hours to get updated which is still delayed delivery for the second time and no one is even trying to help or assist with anything.
Definitely first and last time dealing with these people such a disrespect and unprofessional attitude.

Ordered huge 140 cm mirror! After chasing the customer service for more than three days to arrange installation, and after I confirmed paying extra for the installation which I’ve never been through with any other furniture place, the order arrived without prior coordination about the delivery date and time, and to my surprise to find it thrown on my door like this. Customer service didn’t take action and very hard to deal with.

Returning the items took your team two weeks just to collect them. When I asked for updates they just said we are checking and nothing more. Website is excellent, items are really good but management is very bad.

This company is horrendous
This company is horrendous. The expected delivery date was 3-4 days, its been 2 weeks and i dont have all my items, i dont get an answer when i will get my items and no date as to when they will arrive! It has been a horrible experience, i have contacted multiple times and i get no response to when the order will be delivered. I am clueless as to when this will arrive!

I placed an order in June for several items, waited for the delivery window on one item, it passed, I had to chase, they eventually located the item and delivered. The TV Console purchased for 3500 AED had cracks in under 9 months and they refuse to replace or repair. Worst customer service, no one gives proper reply on WhatsApp, email or phone, they will tell you one hundred times that they will check and update.
Product looks like it's of high quality which really is not. And delivery timelines are beyond imagination. Please don't buy. For an online only company, they give worst experience.
