Takes your money but doesn't deliver!
Took my money but never provided the letter!
Paid at 11:30 am, chased after 7pm and was told that it's same day (within 24 hour time frame) so not same day... but it would be with me within a couple of hours. Next day still nothing. After 24 hours still nothing! Chased and told 'sending now' still nothing. So told him I want a refund and he ghosted me! Had to get my bank to refund me.

Sick note
I was applying for sick note for my fiancé. Emails didn’t come straight away, but after few hours.Sick note was put on next day at 12, when I spend extra to be same day. So paying £66 pound for same day is scam. Chat communication is bad, and the agent was rude, and unhelpful.
