They came and cancelled my contract…
They came and cancelled my contract without even telling me due to a new prospective buyer for my business asking for a quote.
They disclosed personal details to this persons including how much I pay each month completely breaching data protection and my contract.
Obviously after this occurred I wanted nothing to with this despicable company do they’ve billed my 2k!
I look forward to seeing you in court. Trading standards and ICO are aware of this and it’s now being investigated.
Avoid!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
There's cleaner sanitary products than this company! They do not disclose full information of the contract terms! There's much more loyal companies out there. Reading their copy & paste responses to other negative reviews about the sales teams is utter drivel. Save your time, effort & especially your hard earned money & go with another company or better still, check out Amazon where there are DIY sanitary waste kits - a fraction of the price & so easy to use. Don't get stung like me. They do not care about small businesses at all.

Warning to small businesses
We used this well known company for our sanitary waste services, unfortunately we didn't read the 1 star reviews on here or Google before signing up. We strongly recommend that any potential small businesses do this before agreeing anything, the sales team do NOT inform you of the T's & C's of their contracts. We were unknowingly auto-enrolled into a new contract, having to pay to get out of it. as we didn't give THEM 3 months notice. Read other reviews to see this is a very common trick pulled on people.

Do not sign anything with this company…
Do not sign anything with this company and always read the small print. We are a four star award winning independant hotel in Scotland. I unfortuantely was also misled by the sales rep who turned up at our premises without a prior appointment and unannounced. I told her I was too busy but her reluctance to leave and forthrightness made me stupidly sign documents in haste and in good faith. She did not make me aware about renewing for a further 5 years and the terms and conditions. I would never of agreed to this. The paper I signed has such a small print. To come out of contract they require £1800 penalty payment.Unfortunately, the hotel is stuck with dealing with such a dishonest company as legally I cannot do anything because I signed. I absolutely agree with the many other negative reviews about this company and do also wonder how many of the reviews are genuine??. If you are looking for a reliable honest hygiene company then support your local companies NOT these corporate brands ( their ethos is far from a family run business as they advertise). Appaulling!
For information, it is not a legal requirement ( even though Cathedral tried to say otherwise) to have sanitary bins via any company as long as you provide your own bins and dispose of the items in a sanitary, lawful and hygienic manner.

Our area sales managers are fully trained to clearly explain the length of the contract before signing. We also confirm this by providing a physical copy of the contract after it has been processed internally. As a company, we do offer contracts on a sixty-month term with the benefit of a fixed price for the length of your term.

If you are looking to enter a contract with Cathedral Hygiene, I strongly recommend you read ALL the small print while the representative is with you before signing anything. They automatically renew contracts for 5 years with no communication if you don’t provide 3 months written notice, even if its within the initial contract period and the new period hasn’t started.
