This bedding is amazing. I have other expensive bedding but now want to use this all the time. It is so soft and luxurious and the design if gorgeous (the nave flamingo set). I now want the pale flamingo set but it’s out of stock. Amazing company x

The Pale Flamingo set has been very popular and it does sell out from time to time, but we’re working on restocking it. Hopefully it will be available again soon so you can add it to your collection.

Expensive .. but worth every penny!
Excellent customer service , instant replies, relevant, issue solving , courteous …rare!
Product is class , exactly as in the photograph on website.. rare!
Quality is of matching class and elegance . I normally only opt for 1000 count in Egyptian cotton from past experience , my only hesitation was the duvet was 600 thread count . It did not disappoint , the quality and silky satiny luscious fabric is divine . They ‘re just in the wash for first time so I cannot judge as yet after wash status , but the quality tells me they will wash just fine . Cannot wait until next purchase !

We love the materials used in your…
We love the materials used in your bedding (duvets, sheets and pillow cases) but am a bit disappointed in the 'looseness' of the fitted sheets for both the ones I have received so far (Golden Birds and Golden Leaves).
Our mattress is a super king, as are the fitted sheets but they aren't a snug fit. It's either that the elastic isn't strong enough to keep the sheets in place, or there is a little too much material. I think it is the former. Otherwise, we like Holsper bedding.

Even when the mattress size is correct, differences in mattress depth, toppers, or overall construction can affect how snug the sheet feels. Excellent customer service
A true gauge of a companies customer service level is usually when things go wrong or there's an issue. My original Duvet set had a flaw and as soon as I mentioned this to the team at Holsper they really did go above and beyond. I am truly impressed. Clearly having an issue is rare, the duvet is just gorgeous but having this level of customer service is also rare and I want to acknowledge that. Thank you to the team at Holsper you set a very high example of how service should be.

The bedlinen and quality are excellent.
The bedlinen design and quality are excellent and we are really satisfied with our purchase.
I would say though that the pillow cases aren’t very big and if you like a thick / deep pillow you would struggle with these pillow cases!
There was some considerable delay in getting delivery of the goods too. This is something that I feel needs improving.

The recent Black Friday period has been extremely busy, and unfortunately some delays can occur while parcels are in transit, as delivery companies are operating at very high volumes. We are actively following up and pushing our couriers to prioritise and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Please also note that most of our products are made on demand. This means they usually take 1–5 business days to be prepared before shipping.
For reference, our estimated delivery timeframes are:
- UK orders: approximately 12 business days in total
- USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and international orders: up to 15 business days in total
