Stuart booked me exactly the holiday I wanted, again, at a very good price.
He always explains and confirms all details before booking.
I always try to book through him.

Everything was in plain language easy to follow and therefore straight forward from choice to payment. The guidelines were terrific. Slightly pricey but cheaper than most other agents

We needed to clarify some booking details & phoned through & spoke to Sam...who promised to phone back asap & she did!
So we were impressed with the "personal touch " we felt in sorting us out with our holiday booking!

I would like to thank Martin Kavanaugh for the excellent service he provided when arranging our holiday. From the very beginning, Martin was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the whole booking process straightforward and stress-free.

What really stood out was his attention to details. There was a small discrepancy in our names on the travel documents that he resolved it efficiently before it could cause any problems. That level of care and vigilance gave us real confidence.

I called and was lucky to get Martin, who was very patient listening to how I would like my holiday with my two grandchildren, I gave Martin my budget and my expectations, he discussed with me all the possibilities, Which ended with me getting a great holiday with exactly what I wanted, everything was sort for me. So again Martin myself and my grandchildren thank you. I will certainly be looking for you for our next adventures.

Booked a last minute holiday (7 days b/b with transfers) to Lanzarote on line and booking was easy. Sam followed up a short time later by phone confirming booking but advised there was a price £29+ pp change. Very apologetic and no pressure to go ahead with the holiday. She was very helpful, confirmed all the pertinent information included in the booking and what final documentation would follow by email within the next 15 mins which would explain and provide all necessary information to undertake the holiday. It arrived as advised and gave clear instructions where needed. Airline check in process, full pickup info on transfers from airport to hotel and what to do if help needed. Covered all the basics.

Explained office hours and contact numbers if needed. Offered her direct phone number if any queries. Very happy with the service. Helen

Got a call back from Martin and it felt like he was trying to increase the price of the booking,but then agreed to honour the original price after giving me some spiel,made me feel very uncomfortable.
