What an amazing chap, nothing too much trouble. The place he arranged for us is amazing.

Martin dealt with our last minute booking requirements in a very professional and efficient manner. He was most helpful in dealing with our timing constraints and dietary requirements. His communications were responsive and all final documentation was sent out promptly. All flight, transfer and hotel arrangements were troublefree. Great Service.

Our flights were changed at the last minute, leaving me in a absolute panic trying to find an alternative. I was at the brink of giving up until I spoke to Martin Kavanagh. He went completely above and beyond to make sure my kids and I didn't miss out on our holiday.He was incredibly thoughtful, constantly calling to check on availability and updates for us. He even took it upon himself to personally search for the best hotels and secured an amazing deal for my family. You can truly tell he cares deeply about his customers and wanted us to have the absolute best experience.We need more people like him in the world. I appreciate his efforts more than words can say, because we really needed this holiday. If you want an stress-free experience with staff who genuinely care, look no further!

Booked holiday for first time through holiday gems, was a bit dubious with some of the reviews.
However, I can genuinely say it was seamless and easy. We encountered a glitch and Sam was amazing, she talked us through it all, ensured we had the best price possible and skipped her break to monitor for flight changes regularly checking in whilst we sorted the glitch!!
Holiday booked, we can’t wait. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, and huge thank you to Sam!
