Holidaydukes Omdömen

Booked multi centre holiday to Thailand for 2027. Great Comms, all through messenger. Very flexible and willing to amend according to requirements. Not pushy at all. Got a great deal and really looking forward to next year.
Will update review after holiday. Thank you very much Skylar.

1st time using holiday dukes & booked our holiday within 24 hours.. Very helpful advisor , lots of questions she was happy to answer & send pictures etc.. Also tweeked our booking as requested & very reasonably priced..
Thank you Skylar :)

Just booked with Daniel at Holidaydukes. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Daniel was so helpful and he created me the perfect itinerary. He was patient and helpful, and booked a very special 60th birthday holiday that we’re so looking forward to. Thank you!

Having seen Holiday Dukes on Facebook, i sent them a message for a quote, Oscar came back to me within 24hrs took our needs into consideration and came back with a great offer for Thailand Mar 2027, having speaking to friends after they also booked on. Oscar was very patient looking at different flight options/hotel to cater for what we needed. Very good service. Will be sure to look for future holidays with them.

Excellent experience dealing with Victor. They know their business very well. Definitely recommending everyone to their website.

Olivia was amazing, always helpful and even managed to book our friends to come along with us
Thank you

Our friends booked thru this service and recommended us.We were blown away by speed friendlies, and price. Olivia was our main contact and she was unreal super helpful and patient.Dont hesitate just contact them and sit back!

I've just booked a holiday and have been helped through the process in the most efficient and friendly way by Oscar, he constantly updated options until we found the perfect fit. Highly recommended, five stars.

I have just booked with Holidaydukes and the advisor Oscar Bek has been very helpful and informative , the booking process went very smoothly just awaiting all my paperwork to come through now . So looking forward to to my holiday to Thailand

So far so good. To start off with I contacted this company to see if they could offer holidays in 2028, having just had my Thailand holiday cancelled due to the airspace being closed.
I had contact with Olivia and she delivered quick options and tailored our needs perfectly., including upgrading out seats in the flights. I highly recommend Olivia.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we haven't been on the holiday yet and when I made contact about choosing the upgraded seats, so we were sat together, I was told I would have to pay more... I'd already paid for them. I wasn't talking to Olivia at this point though. I rang up asking to speak to Olivia but they said she was busy. I would have loved to thank her over the phone but didn't get that option and I thought the make was abrupt and rude. This triggered my suspicion of the company but I was reassured it was fine with further contact. I just haven't booked a holiday like this before via WhatsApp and then not being able to speak to your agent on the phone. Hopefully we have an amazing time but I can't give Olivia enough credit for her work and the itinerary created .

Victor made my experience with Holidaydukes absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through the entire process smoothly and made everything feel easy and stress free.

His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was handled perfectly really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied at every step.

Highly recommend Holidaydukes, and especially Victor for his excellent service, you’re in great hands with him.

So far so good. Kimberley has worked really hard to find us the right deal. Even changing things to suit us better. Which we are so grateful for! I was apprehensive at first booking this way as I usually do it myself. I will leave more feedback after the trip.

Booked the Maldives for last September through Noah, the whole deal and holiday went through perfectly. So much that we've booked 2 more holidays with them.

I’ve had a really great experience with Holiday Dukes so far. They were always ready to answer my questions—and I had a lot! The team has been patient, helpful, and quick to respond every time. The payment process was very smooth, and they guided me through it without any issues. Most importantly, they found us a fantastic holiday deal. Our holiday is just coming up now, and thanks to them, everything feels well organised. I’m really looking forward to it!

I was a bit unsure at first since I’d never done this before, but continuing the conversation really put me at ease. The service has been excellent so far. My trip is now booked for March 2027, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. Everything was tailored to my needs, and I appreciate Daniel’s patience throughout.

We contacted Dukes about an advertised holiday on Facebook
Unfortunately it was the wrong time of the year, but they asked when we wanted to go
We told them when and they were very quick getting back to us with a price and itinerary
Very pleased so far 😀

Good deal managed and will use again if the holidays i am looking can be delivered at the right price why not .Thanks to Daisy good communication tool and helpful .

Holiday Dukes Daisy - she was really helpful throughout our booking stage of our holiday. She also assured us and say if we had any questions or concerns she is always willing to help. With regards the payment of the holiday our request was accepted and fulfilled. Daisy is amazing to work with. Keep up the good work Daisy.

Daniel was really helpful throughout the booking stage of our holiday
Reassuring us and show that our holiday was safe with them.
One negative was in his sales pitch you could check your flights was not correct but he reassured us it was

The moment I contacted Daisy at Holiday Dukes the attention to detail, reassurance was second to none. She truly was a gem!
The flights aren't out yet but I've been told not to worry and they will sort what times I want.
Darren called to book and take payment and also great service.
