Lisa was very helpful, informative, cheerful and efficient in my booking process.

Just rang and spoke to Matthew about a service message come up on my screen and as I have already got an mot booked in March he has fitted the service and mot together to save making two journeys which is appreciated.

Matthew was very quick to answer the Service desk phone which is a plus straight away. Knew what I needed and quick to sort out the booking and clarified costs and timescales. Managed to get a date which suited me too.
The high levels of Service and attitude which I have come to expect is lovely to receive as I always get this same high level from everyone at Holden Volvo.
It maintains my level of trust and confidence and long may it continue so.

Booked my Renault Capture in for its first service at Holdens of Norwich, spoke to Lisa Henry who was very efficient in finding my account details and sorting a date for the service - very friendly and attentive.

Prompt and efficient service

My car required a 4 year service (30,000 miles). Mr Ron Eskdale ansewered my phone call, he was pleasent and efficient. The service booking was made with minimal bother, thank you.

Contacted by Holden to book my car in for service. Spoke to Samantha Fuller, who was friendly and professional, and made the booking in process painless and easy.

Ron Eskdale very courteously handled my service enquiry and booking. I didn’t have all the information to hand but he patiently awaited while I got myself organised.

Car booked in for diagnostic and repairs. Few hiccups and issues, expressed my concerns unfortunately had to make a conplaint, Sebastian Branford went above and beyond to resolve said "hiccups" so 5* for his customer care given personally not the "process"

Tom was very helpful with managing my 3 year service today and quickly advised of any problems found of which one was under warranty. The mechanic working on my car did a great job and the car is now running sweet and quiet. Everything ready just after lunch.

I phoned to book a service for my recently purchased XC40 and spoke to Matthew. He is very friendly and helpful as are all your staff that I have encountered over the past 3 years. He found a suitable date and time that we agreed on and was friendly throughout our conversation.

Booked my Volvo ex30 in for it's first service today Samantha Fuller dealt with my booking she was very pleasant and polite and answered all my questions . Excellent service thankyou.

Friendly and efficient service. My details taken and verified and requested date booked. I have used this dealership for many years and have always had good service.

Do not recommend. Paid a deposit to secure a car. Viewed car. Car was not forecourt ready, for example the rear number plate light was just hanging off, as was other various trims. Over a week later with 4 phone calls, not one returned as promised still no refund of the deposit. Terrible service. Worst customer service ever.

Called to book a service change as online failed. Samantha Fuller did it simply was quick and easy. Samantha was kind and courteous as well as helpful.

I phoned the service department to book my Volvo XC60 in to have the Cambelt replaced. Spoke to Ron Eskdale who was very polite and knew what was required and quoted me a price. Not only that Ron sent me an email confirming the booking very efficient.

I booked a test drive for a 2022 Kia Niro as my wife is considering a Toyota RAV4, and I wanted her to see the Niro in person before making a decision. Sadly, the entire visit felt like our time — and potential purchase — didn’t matter at all.

When we arrived, no one seemed aware of the booking. After being appointed a salesperson I had to ask him to show us the car. Even then, the lack of effort was obvious — they didn’t start the engine, demonstrate any features, or even move the vehicle from the tightly parked space so we could properly view it.

Booking a test drive should mean actually experiencing the car, not briefly looking at a stationary vehicle squeezed between others. For a dealership, this level of disinterest in a serious buyer is unacceptable.

Left with a very poor first impression and little confidence in their customer service.
