Don't buy anything from them! Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional staff as well as problem management. I have been chasing them for a non-functioning vacuum suction device within a tower system since 7th April and have been strung along all the way. The apparently responsible sales representative Sonia used one excuse after another why she did not take care of the issue or could not get back to me. After being ignored for weeks, I eventually asked for a collection and refund as well as the contact details of the management and got ignored three times - AGAIN! Then, after another email and complaint, I was contacted and told by the office manager Michaela that they have to contact the manufacturer. Sadly enough, I was told by the sales representative Sonia weeks ago that she had contacted the manufacturer and that the vacuum suction cannot be adjusted which simply means it cannot be used on anybody without hurting them. Why is it necessary to contact the manufacturer again if the information is already provided unless I was not given the correct information and the manufacturer had never been contacted in the first place?!
I have no answer, no collection and no refund but a vacuum suction device that I cannot use for almost 3 months now. Avoid at all cost! Worst experience ever!
