Avoid. Cheap products. Poor customer service.
Bought 3 lipsticks. Horrific quality. Stink of cheap lipstick, like play doh. They have a nasty taste. One lipstick was rattling around in the holder. They were all orange. Totally different to ones I’d previously had with the same name. Texture was rough and dragged on my lips. Emailed to ask how to return because they weren’t as described and they are massively over priced. They’ve ignored by emails. Ignored my messages on insta and they’ve deleted my comments on their posts. I did speak to another customer who said they had replied to their emails so they are purposely ignoring me because I’ve called out their cheap quality!! I want my money back. Disgusting customer service.

Order never arrived
Ordered a solid start foundation brush in September. I am yet to receive this. I have contacted their customer care team 3 times and I am yet to receive a response. Avoid at all costs!

Don’t recommend ordering from here.
They never refunded my money even after I notified them that I never received any of the packages. I e-mailed them and they replied weeks later, stating “you will recieve a full refund once we recieve our packages back” I’m sure they sent the packages back, but they also keep my money. It’s been more than six months.
I would not recommend this company at all.

I have been going to Danielle since she was based in Hoole all those years ago !! She has never changed and is such a lovely human! Steph now typically does my make up and I absolutely adore her and my finished look everytime ! I highly recommend Doll and everything about it !

Great products fast shipping
The shipping logistics the company uses I’ve shopped over seas and I’ve never paid for duty taxes I payed 35 plus the 30 I already had paid for shipping . I repeat the products are great! I will continue to shop it’s just unfortunate that DHL is charging duties on my package. I changed my star review from 3 to 5, they’re a good store they did in fact ship out my products quickly and they’re obviously great products if I’m willing to pay that much for shipping and pay the duties on it I’m sorry for my earlier review.

im a loyal customer and as your black lashes were out of stock i thought id try the dark brown ones howeverr when received they clearly do not look dark brown, they are more of a ginger colour, very disappointed

I only gave 2 starts due to me purchasing the mystery £10 box.. I received 3 items but on the invoice the total amount came to less than £10 it only came to £8.47 total when I paid £13.50 total including delivery i think you should have at least £10 worth of products not less

I can confirm that the total on the invoice will be minus the VAT, so it would have been £10.00 including VAT for the mystery box, then £3.50 for the postage.
