Conflicting information on size guide for 1/4" radius, other sites say dime measurement is 1/4".

Okay hinges. Delivery was also okay (not Amazon Prime next day 🙂 so set your expectations accordingly). Seemed to be packaged well but one of the hinges was bent between the spine & leaf and could not close. That's a pretty stout piece of metal and not something that would bend by knocking about in shipping so it was bent before packaging & shipping yet sent anyway. Fortunately it was an extra hinge that I didn't require.

The hinges fit in the existing standard hinge routered pockets so it was easy enough to install them. Both 3 1/2" and 4" sizes fit appropriately on the doors I was updating.

Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, one set has already started to squeak - precisely the issue I bought these for. The other door is still squeak free so it's a 50% success rate so far. Based on the failure on the one door, I'm not really counting on the other door remaining squeak free. Not really worth the extra expense and effort especially with the bent hinge issue.

UPDATE (7/12/26): TP doesn't allow you to respond to a review response but since Hinge Outlet went to the trouble to respond, I thought I'd return the courtesy. The (again) squeaky door I mentioned has four 4" hinges for an 8ft door. Since it's fairly new construction (3 yrs), this isn't some old dense solid wood door from the 1800s, simply what's standard in home construction today. And yes, although they didn't mention it, one hinge (that I didn't use) is still bent vertically along the length of the leaf. Fortunately I didn't need that one.
