I booked insurance with you through RailEurope called CFAR Cancel For Any Reason which through HIKOALA.. The travel is not until December this year. I wanted to add another traveller in our party, 4 adults and 2 children. I was told by RailEurope I could not and that I had to obtain a refund through HIKOALA first- third party, and rebook. I have tried several times to access the HIKOALA form on the link form RailEurope and an error message keeps appearing. I contacted you through contact us and Lorenzo, only name I have asked me to send my details bank account etc by email. I have since asked him to send the form to fill in to request a refund as he did not ask for the train booking etc... I haven't heard from him.
We are flying from Australia and landing in Paris for a few days and had planned to take the train to Köln for a family get together.
I bought your insurance in good faith, we still want to travel by train, we just want to change the booking and add another person.

There are too many steps you have to take to get your refund even with travel protection. The refund should be simple and easy.

It would be helpful if you explained what a BIC/SWIFT # is. It took me quite some time to figure it out and then I had to call my bank.
