Good experience shame about delivery charges
Good experience. Just annoying when I have to pay delivery charges when everyone else would qualify for “free delivery” and the parcel wasn’t big.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
Delivery costs can vary depending on location, and some areas such as the Highlands and islands can incur additional charges from couriers, even on smaller parcels.
If you’d like us to take a closer look at your order, please email us at info@hickmandesign.co.uk and we’ll be happy to review it for you.
