HeyOwner helps people get their lost belongings back — without giving away their personal details. We make laser-engraved QR tags for keys, luggage and pets, plus QR stickers for bikes, cars and gadgets. Each tag has its own unique code, so you always know which item has been found. If someone finds your item, they simply scan the tag with their phone camera — no app needed — and can message you instantly through a private, anonymous chat. No phone number on the tag, no home address, no awkwardness: just a simple way to be reunited with what matters. You decide what a finder sees, and you can update your details at any time. Every price includes UK delivery. There's no subscription and no monthly fee — you pay once and your tags keep working. Your account is free, and you can print a backup copy of any code, for example to keep inside a suitcase. Our tags are engraved and posted from the UK, and everything is GDPR-compliant. Whether you're protecting a much-loved pet or your everyday essentials, HeyOwner gives you a little extra peace of mind for the moments you'd rather never happen.

Not the Best
Bought 4,put 2 on my cases put 2 on my wifes cases, 2 have already, been lost due to the poor quality. One, the links don't hold. Two, the swivel ones, they just popped out of the centre, both never to be seen again. So to cap it off. Poor Quality.

Hi, I'm sorry two of your tags went missing on the trip. The ones you received are our keyring tags. My wife and I have the same ones on our own keys and they've been fine for months, but a suitcase gets thrown about in baggage handling in a way keys never do, and those fittings aren't built for it. That's exactly why our luggage tags come with a strap instead. I should have made that difference much clearer when you ordered.
I'd like to put it right. I'll send you proper luggage tags free of charge, or refund you if you'd prefer. Please email me at info@heyowner.uk with your order number, or just your name, and I'll sort it the same day.
Raf, HeyOwner!

Thank you! Suitcases and keys are exactly what they're made for, so it's great to hear they're already on holiday with you. If anything goes astray in Tenerife, whoever finds it can scan the tag with any phone and message you straight away, with no app needed. Enjoy the sunshine!

Thank you, that's exactly what it's for. Travel is when things are most likely to go missing and hardest to get back, so it's good to know you're covered. Safe travels!

So simple
So simple, low cost and practical. Literally you can tag anything you want and are afraid of losing. Arrived quickly and once you add your address and contact details you can forget it.
Excellent and recommended.

Thank you! "Tag anything you're afraid of losing" is exactly the idea. And the best part of setting it up once is that your details stay in your account — whoever finds something gets a way to message you, but never sees your address or number.

Thank you! A tag you never need is the best kind — it's just there for the one day you do. Really glad it arrived well packed and feels solid in the hand.

Thank you — that's lovely to hear. Every tag is engraved and checked by hand before it goes in the post, so "zero faults" is exactly what we're aiming for. If anything ever does come up, just reply to any of our emails and I'll put it right.

Thank you — and thank you for coming back for six more. Luggage is one of the best uses for these: a bag can reach you from anywhere it ends up, without your phone number printed on the outside for everyone to read. Safe travels.
Does exactly what it says
What a great product. I do have trackers on my stuff, but we all know, if your stuff disappeared, under certain circs your tracker would end up, disabled, in someone else’s hands, or your battery may just conk out. This enables a honest finder( still plenty out there) to reunite you with your belongings. Have just ordered a bundle after my initial purchase. Fabulous.

Thank you — and thank you for coming back for a bundle. You've put it better than we manage to: there's nothing on a tag to switch off and nothing to run flat, so it just sits there waiting for an honest finder. Plenty of those about, as you say.
You also flagged something on the site we'd missed, and it's fixed now. That sort of note is worth a lot to a small outfit. Enjoy the tags.
After months of carrying this thing…
After months of carrying this thing around the QR code still looks just like it did at first.
Setting up took less than 5 minutes and the link is still functional highly recommended.

The HeyOwner tag has proven very useful
The HeyOwner tag has proven very useful. I got one for my cat who likes to wonder outside, safe to say he wouldn’t have been able to get back home had it not been for his HeyOwner tag being scanned by someone who found him a few miles away from home. I would recommend the tags to anyone who wants their pets safe :)
