I love these tags
I love these tags! Such a great idea, brilliantly executed and with a clear, simple, transparent service. No fuss, no hidden costs. The set up with the online ‘app’ is very straightforward, with the tags ready to go in just minutes. For the low cost of the tag, this is an absolute no-brainer to protect your valuables on the go. Superb.

A Brilliant Idea with Plenty of Potential!
I bought four tags and was pleased with the idea behind them. Two were decent quality, although the two gold ones weren't quite as good. Unfortunately, one of the black tags also went missing on its very first trip, so there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to durability.
I contacted the company and, on 15th September, was offered replacements. There were a few delays and several emails back and forth, with the replacements unfortunately getting lost in the post. However, the company has since sent out four replacement tags as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate.
Overall, I think these tags are a brilliant idea and have real potential. With some improvements to the build quality and durability, they could be a fantastic product. While the customer service process took longer than expected, I'm pleased that the company eventually resolved the issue by sending replacements.
A great concept that I'd love to see refined into an even better product!

You're right on both counts. The early gold tags and the black tag that came loose on its first trip didn't meet the standard they should have, and the replacement process took longer than it should, not helped by the first set going missing in the post. I'm sorry for the frustration that caused.
The tags you now have are from a newer batch with a sturdier build and a stronger attachment, and durability is the area I'm focused on most right now. Feedback like yours is exactly what shapes those changes, so thank you for taking the time to write it.

Robust and easy to set-up.
Arrived quickly. Really easy to set up. One was heavy stainless steel and the other a much thinner coated metal which worked for us. I love the fact that there is no ongoing subscription.

As expected, but better
The ordering process was as straightforward as we should be able to expect from all web transactions. Delivery time was okay, although te tags did arrive the day after my wife left on an overseas trip. However, the tags themselves are exactly as I expected but with one added bonus. Once I had registered them (simplicity itself), I was able to print the QR codes. This gets around my basic worry - that the tags would come off in transit. I printed labels with the codes and with the ‘if found’ text and stuck them in a few places on the inside of the suitcases. Sorted!

You’ve found one of my favourite things about the account. Printing the codes as a backup inside the case is exactly the right instinct: if the outside tag gets torn off on a carousel, whoever opens the case can still reach you.
Sorry the tags arrived a day too late for your wife’s trip. Hopefully they’re ready for the next one. If you ever need another tag or a spare label, just reply to your order email.

Thank you, glad you like it! We deliberately keep personal details off the tag itself. Anyone who picks up your keys can read an engraved address, and that tells them exactly where the keys fit. Your details sit behind the QR code instead. You choose what a finder sees, can change it anytime, and your number and address stay private. Thanks for the suggestion though, we really appreciate it!

Thanks also for the honest note about scanning. Shiny metal can reflect light into the camera. Tilting the phone slightly, or moving out of direct light, usually makes it scan straight away. Great to hear the setup itself was simple.
