It's only a 21 day program, so if you sign up for a year, you're only paying for 21 days!
I enjoyed the program itself but they definitely weren't transparent about the fact that it's only a 21 day program and I paid for a year subscription. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid.

More Peace

Relaxing and helps me sleep

The process of enrolling was a little confusing, because there seemed to be some glitch and I had to reset the password originally chosen, but once the app was installed, I started using it and found it useful for sleeping and relaxation.

This app surprised me
I was pleasantly surprised to find that hypnosis might help relieve menopause symptoms. My hot flashes are less frequent, my mood is more stable, and I feel more in control. I just wish I had found this sooner!

less stress
I've noticed that when I'm stressed my hot flashes are worse. Since using this app I've learned how to manage my stress better and as a result my hot flashes are less frequent. It's not a cure but it definitely helps!

I feel balanced
I used to snap at my family over the smallest things and I knew it was because of my hormones. This app has helped me stay calm and grounded and my mood swings have improved significantly. My family has even noticed the difference.

So I'll real I had no clue if hypnosis was gonna do anything for menopause but I figured why not? Turns out, it's actually helped. My sleep isn't perfect but it's better, I feel more relaxed in a morning
