I loved this app
I loved this app, when it worked! The meditations helped me get much needed sleep. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. I discontinued use after having technical the same issues another customer mentioned. After 21 days the content would not load despsite having paid for the subscription.

Hard to cancel Misleading Tech probs
Decent but very young voice and message, but only 21 days were available of content, even though more days said they were available, no content would load. No way to ask for help within the app. They NEVER sent me a confirmation email upon my purchase. Also, I thought I was making a one time purchase but then my credit card got charged again for DOUBLE the amount I originally paid. Back and forth emails claiming they can’t find my account. Finally I got to a manage subscription page by re-installing the app, but no details as to price or contract was available. I cancelled the “subscription” I had not signed up for there. I asked for refund of charges since I only received 21 days but have not heard back.

Good customer service
It didn't work for me at all, my mind couldn't focus, I couldn't even imagine 'the garden'. Maybe I'm just not a good candidate for hypnosis. That's ok. The customer service when I cancelled my subscription was great with a prompt response. Thank you

This app has made a huge difference for me. After suffering with menopause symptoms for over five years and not being able to tolerate hormones I was at a loss.
Her Hypnosis’ 21 day program has changed all of that. My hot flashes are almost complete gone! I sleep through the night and I’m much more relaxed over all. The support from the company is fantastic.
I highly recommend giving this a try if if you’re struggling with menopause! 15 min a night before bed has changed my life significantly!

Excellent customer care
This program is definitely geared towards getting towards someone in the middle of menopause, rather than post-menopausal, but the relaxing sessions are helping me with my sleep issues. The day sessions seem to be more on target for me, focusing on food choices. I reached out to HerHypnosis, asking if I should be on a different program. I got an immediate, personal, detailed conversation. That is so rare these days. The voice is so soothing. Hoping that they expand and just make a wellness version geared towards healthy weight and a good night’s sleep!

I like the voice of the narrator
