Hard to cancel
I hate websites where you have to email to cancel. Wouldn’t buy again for this reason. They do this on purpose so it’s harder for people to cancel.

Our customer service team are happy to help with any subscription changes or cancellations Monday through to Friday 9am to 5pm, and always respond within a timely manner of 48 hours or less.
We really appreciate your feedback on our cancellation process and we will take your comments on board to ensure it is efficient for all customers.
Not really snacks.....
Gives the impression that you'll be getting a box of 'snacks' and the picture shows things like nuts, chocolate etc. Thought it would be good for packed lunches. However the reality is just a random bunch of stuff...for instance, air fryer oil, a beer, tofu, vitamin drinks etc. All nice enough stuff but not what i'd call snacks. Also, due to the timing of payments and then a big delay before you receive your box, they try to charge you for the next box long before it's due and don't give you any opportunity to cancel it...by the time you've seen what's in the first box it's too late to cancel your second. To be fair, I fought this and they gave in but I shouldn't have had to.

Hello Yummy Box is all about discovering snacks, drinks and cooking hacks, which is detailed on our website. Our goal with each monthly box is to give subscribers the chance to discover new and exciting products that they might have not tried before.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the cancellation process. As outlined in our emails, FAQ page, and terms and conditions: cancellations, skips, or pauses must be requested before the 24th of the month. Customers are welcome to pause their subscription prior to receiving their first box, if they are unsure about continuing the subscription.
We appreciate your feedback and will take this on board for future boxes.
loved what was inside!
Having received my box I was pleasantly surprised by what was inside, a good selection of foods and drinks. Multiple cupboard items that have long shelf lives was a plus. The box came quickly. I had a query about said product so emailed them and was met with a fast response and multiple solutions given. Would definitely recommend for those who enjoy trying new things.

If I could give 0 I would. Absolute scammers charge you for the second box soon as the first one gets delivered, don’t send notification to say box is on the way just charge you. You can’t cancelled on the website have to email which they don’t respond to for days. They then quote terms and conditions won’t refund even though it’s not been delivered. I am in dispute at the minute very shocking customer service.

Baileys Box
I have purchased the Baileys box for a gift for Christmas. I had been on the search for Baileys items and saw this on an Instagram advert so it solved all my shopping in one go. I ordered on a Monday so had to wait for the following week for it to be dispatched. But they make you aware of that on their site so that’s fine. After shipping it arrived quickly and packaged well. The box was packed full of items I haven’t seen so with the items I’ve already got it was heaving lol 😂 Really chuffed with this one and I only purchased a one off box, so can’t comment on subscriptions. But would purchase from them again.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. I ordered this as it was supposed to be snacks but the box contains hardly any snacks! I got a couple, but rest is plant milk which I don't need, drinks and a cooking sauce?! I am going to return it.

I was very pleased with the contents of my box. We are very fond of Bailey's products, so the items we were sent will be eaten with joy. One of the best things was the "use by" dates. Baileys box
I ordered the Baileys box for my sister who loves baileys. I put the items in a nice basket and wrapped it for her birthday, there was so many items in the box was well worth the money. She was really pleased with it all. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I will be buying again.
