Cancelling is a nightmare. Tried to take money all month and instead of cancelling when they couldn't. They just kept trying. They took 9.99 yesterday and tried to take 15.99 after I sent an email to cancel. I asked for my 9.99 to be refunded that I don't want the box but was meet with refusal and excuses. I don't want the March box. I want my money to be refunded.Be aware. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE EXCUSES OF YOU SCAMMING MY MONEY. I DIDN'T AGREE WITH NOTHING YOU KEEP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY ALL MONTH AND AFTER TAKING 9.99 ON THE 31ST OF MARCH YOU TRIED AGAIN THIS TIME FOR 15.99. GIVE MY MONEY I DON'T WANT NO BOX THEY ARE RUBBISH AS I TOLD YOU WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL.

We're very sorry to hear this. As our customer service team have explained, you accepted a £9.99 discount for our March box which we confirmed had been applied to your account. This charge was therefore processed, as per your request to receive the discounted box.
As confirmed by our team, your subscription has been cancelled and no further payments will be taken, however orders in progress can unfortunately not be cancelled as your box is preparing for dispatch. We outline these terms on our website and Terms and Conditions.
We do hope you’ll enjoy your discounted March box, and we hope you'll give Hello Yummy Box another try in future!

Started our subscription in November after trying other boxes from different suppliers. Found the items to be excellent and a great choice. Would certainly recommend them to anybody.

My monthly treat - always a nice surprise seeing what’s inside each box and it makes me try things that I otherwise wouldn’t but in many cases I end up buying more of … well recommended…

Positive Feedback
My experience with Hello Yummy has been a positive 1. Betsy, rectified an issue within a day of me raising it - was a technical fault on the website that they corrected for me quickly & effectively.
I then let them know an item had been damaged in transit - this was more so they were aware and again Betsy went above & beyond to rectify it.
Nothing but praise for Betsy 😊

Decent amount of products for the money…
Decent amount of products for the money can't complain. But unfortunately alot of the stuff not too my liking. I am I my writing this review as I have just sent an email too cancel & have read that someone sent several emails but couldn't cancel till they wrote a review on here. Hense the review.

We like the surprises….
We have been getting these boxes for a while and like the surprise element, although that does mean that sometimes items aren’t things we would normally choose, but that’s part of the fun!
The most recent box was excellent, with recognisable brands and some new or more obscure options too.
The only downside for us is that we have tried new products which we can’t easily find locally, meaning a large on line order is needed if we want to have that item again.
If you are willing to try new products and are happy to accept an element of risk then I would highly recommend Hello Yummy Box. 👍 If not then probably best to purchase your preferred products from your normal outlet. 😆

Never dissapointed always a great selection of products that are usually new to me so its fun putting them to use. Lovely notes on each product and where to purchase. A great fun surprise every month that doesn't break the bank.

Phenomenal value for money
Phenomenal value for money and lots of surprises each month. Through the subscription service we have discovered many new favourite brands and products. So many delicious foods, snacks and drinks that we’d never heard of before are now regular buys.

Can't cancel subscription
I gave it a go as first parcel was reduced. I forgot about subscription and second parcel arrived. Since then I've been trying to cancel. Website asks to send an email. I have sent 4 emails. Been waiting for over a week with 0 response. Boxes were meh. Definitely not worth anywhere near £15. I liked maybe 2 things from each box and the rest I have tossed to the bin. Don't bother
Added the star as team has responded to this review and cancelled my subscription.

This is a scam they lock you in and you can’t cancel subscription you have to email them they don’t reply wish I’d have checked on here befor I bought the stuff u get are freebies from companies it’s not goodies box of rubbish

As confirmed by our customer service team, we cancelled your subscription as per your request, and responded to your email in less than 24 hours of you getting in touch. Our customer service team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and we always aim to respond in a timely manner of 48 hours or less.
Our boxes are filled with retail sized goodies and we always try to include a range of products from snacks, to drinks and cooking hacks.

Impossible to cancel subscription
Missing item in my first box and they still won't cancel my 1 month subscription. I have waited days for response to cancel. If they charge me for second box I will take legal action.

Our customer service team always try to respond promptly, replying to all enquiries within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday.
We try to make our cancellation policy clear throughout the sign up process and via our FAQ section on our website, but we apologise if this was made unclear.
We hope you will be back to give Hello Yummy Box another try, with each box providing a unique experience with and new treats to discover!
Box of little interest
Box has a few interesting item worth less than a few pounds, the rest is clearly just junk or products someone else couldn’t sell. Honestly value is way under £15, don’t waste the money.
