Date of service : 28 april 2028 ( moving my household stuff to storage ) Driver called me and informed me that some of my belongings are still in his van. Unfortunately, I am currently out of the UK and will not be back until September, so I am not sure how this can now be resolved.

I have used your service in the past and never had any complaints, but this time the experience was extremely disappointing. The team sent was very unprofessional and had poor time management.

For your information, I ended up paying an additional £323 due to the extra time taken. On top of that, I had to purchase an additional 50 sq ft storage space costing £140 per month because the team was unable to fit everything into the originally estimated 75 sq ft space.

A lot of the items were arranged and loaded into the storage by myself because the people sent seemed to have no idea how to properly organise items within the storage unit. Had the furniture been dismantled correctly, I believe everything could have easily fitted into the desired space.

Additionally, the team struggled to unload the storage within the allocated 2 hours and seemed to have no clear understanding of how long the process would take. Overall, this was the worst experience I have had with your service.

I had already shared feedback earlier via email to hellovans but unfortunately did not receive any response. I generally do not prefer leaving negative public reviews, especially because I have had wonderful experiences with Hello Vans in the past, which makes this particular experience even more disappointing.

This is my first time with Hello Vans and my first impression is very good. A huge amount of thought has gone into making the system efficient and warm. Great call centre staff and Mehdi and Ahmed were very thoughtful throughout the move yesterday.

Adam and his workmate were great! They both worked extreemly hard throughout the day- in a challenging environment where lots of items needed to be recovered and moved safely. They were friendly and interacted well with the house owner and made an extra stop at my mums to pick up even more items filling the van. They reassured me and were extreemly hardworking. Thank you both- you were brilliant!!!!!!

Nice and friendly staff. Mehdi and his team were really helpful throughout the move. Bit disappointed when added additional hours and person in the middle of moving , I had to pay by bank transfer only which is bit inconvenient. Apart from that, all was smooth and good.

Kaiwan was excellent, quick and efficient and they both knew what they were doing. We finished half an hour early and everything was completely taken care of. Highly recommend.

The guys shahid and Hamza are so friendly. They did the great job within the time frame. Highly recommended.

Punctual, reliable and super kind. I am pregnant and the movers were extra considerate, flexible and didn't let me lift a finger.
