Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Omdömen

Having been searching for a property for a number of months, we'd had experience with many agents. Edwards were outstanding. Accommodating multiple viewings pre-offer, post-offer, and pre-exchange. Always friendly and easy to deal with. They always pick up the phone and answer emails promptly!

From the start right back to the viewing it was a warm welcome very friendly and then from there it has been amazing service , always replies to emails fast and always happy to help or answer questions that I may of had , always regular updates and communication is brilliant , Would highly recommend and I hope I can use them again in the future.

Fantastic staff who are helpful and great at communicating We were kept informed at every stage of the sale process.

The experience with Edwards is excellent. I have recently rented a property with them in Loughborough. Everything was dealt with quickly and effectively. The team is always prompt to respond to emails and is always there at the end of the phone if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Edwards Ltd.

Nice people to deal with, very happy with my rental.

Edward agency dealing is highly professional. Their system is quite simple unlike other agents who got complex system. So, anyone coming to UK for the first time get puzzled.

This is a review from the point of view of a buyer - I'm very happy with the service at Edwards - not pushy and just the right amount of support and guidance.

Initially received a very quick offer after valuation which we accepted.
There were a few unexpected and unavoidable problems which delayed the process, however, we were kept informed regularly and eventually reached a satisfactory conclusion

Excellent professional service. Held our hands in selling and dealing with a long chain. Great value for money too. Very kind, helpful members of staff. Would use again, but hopefully not for a good few years!

After over two years of my tenancy with Edwards I can only say a good words about all of their team. They never let me down and I can always relayed on them. Thank you, it was a pleasure to be your tenant!

Edwards was fantastic from start to finish when selling our property. Liz was knowledgeable and informative at valuation stages, Katie was a huge support to us with solicitors on the sales progression and kept me up to date along the way, and Clare was always on hand to pick up communications when Katie and Liz were on annual leave. I wouldn't hesitate using Edwards again or recommending them, I can't rate them highly enough! Thank you Edwards!

The sales pitch was terrific. Pushed to take the offer of a person known to them as an investor and favoured client. When they got their mortgage offer they pulled out saying it was too expensive. So much for vetting buyers.
Then pushed to take whichever, but not the next highest bid. Had to push them to chase the other (higher) bidders.
The buyers' mortgage offer expired during the process holding everything up. It seems nothing more than a verbal query was done.
Had to chase at every turn. Emails without punctuation made me feel like I was a chore as a client. I complained at one point to be met with a tone and attitude.
All in all I couldn't recommend going with absolutely anyone else enough.

The whole team were helpful and efficient.

They work so hard to do everything to sale ur property all staff is very helpful and very friendly best agents in future I will use them
