Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Omdömen

Third time we have dealt with Edwards, once as a buyer and twice as a seller. Efficient and great communication. Highly recommended.

Clare and the whole team are suberb. Extremely efficient on everything. Highly recommend.
From a very grateful Landlord.

I have used Edwards twice once for a house purchase that fell through (for other reasons) and once for a successful purchase. On both occasions they have been excellent throughout, their brochures have been accurate and thorough, they have understood my preferences when house-hunting, and they have been efficient in arranging viewings. Unlike some agents, they were engaged in the whole process, including helping to push through last minutes problems in the weeks before completion.

Excellent real estate office, polite and helpful people.

The whole team at Edwards were polite and professional from start to completion. The service was exceptional, and without the high selling fees most agents ask for. Communication was regular with ourselves and potential buyers, and either Clare, Katie or Dominique were available for any support, advice or concerns that we had. Thank you so much!

Clare was really patient with us whilst we sorted out the references.
All of the team were very helpful and we went from viewing to moving in, in less than 10 days which was a real life saver.
I would highly recommend the team @ Edwards

Edwards estate agents were brilliant in helping us to find our rental property , from the first phone call we knew that they understood what we needed .
Clare was especially helpful from the initial viewing all the way through to handing over the keys .
We would recommend anybody looking to buy or rent to use Edwards .

From start to finish Edward's provided an excellent, fast and efficient service. The process was very straight forward and we felt supported from start to finish.

Edwards has dealt with everything in an extremely efficient and professional manner, going above and beyond to resolve some of the more challenging situations.

We have been living in a property managed by Edwards for about six months now. Right from the start they have been prompt and professional throughout. Communication is frequent and prompt, with maintenance issues being handled in reasonable timeframes by specialist and professional tradespeople. They are certainly on top of all the administrative processes, a lot of which can be managed using their handy online portal, or by contacting them directly. Renting with Edwards has been a breath of fresh air compared to our previous letting experience with another estate agent. I'd highly recommend Edwards to anyone else seeking a hassle-free and professional renting experience.

Great service, made renting our house easy & stress free for us as landlords. Kept us informed all through the process and quick to answer any questions we had

Very helpful team, kept me informed at every stage of the process. Went above and beyond what was expected in helping remove the last few pieces of furniture. Highly recommend.

We were welcomed warmly, offered chairs and staff explained the process ensuring we understood what was happening. Staff were very helpful and professional

Brilliant service from start to finish by the estate agent I purchased a house from. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and all the staff were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make everything regarding the purchase go smoothly

The experience from viewing through to any further questions then and negotiating an offer right through to exchange and completion was handled in a professional yet personal manner.
Highly recommend the whole team based at Loughborough

Excellent service received by Edwards (Sale and lettings)Limited. This was the my first experience of dealing with Estate agents so was apprehensive on who to chose to deal with selling my father’s property and I definitely chose the right one. All members of the Edwards’s team were friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would use them again without a doubt. Thanks Clare, Katie and Dominique.
