Ordered 2 black. Absolutely burning my head the minute I put it on, (I did do the patch test 2 days before)! Washed it straight off and it left a line across my forehead of dye within minutes. Do not buy

Beware! Do not use the blonde on your blonde hair. Purchased from web sites and believed the results. Please don't. Used it today on my grey roots. It turned my hair the most ungodly yellow, copper, green . Awful. Tried washing it many times. It got worse. Ordered Helo to save time and money. Heading to salon today hoping for color correction. Can not go in public with this odd color. Also DRYS your hair. I never take the time to write product reviews. I am doing it today yo save someone else the money and time.

Been using this for a while now, I love the black one, it looks so natural and not just totally black all over, lasts really well and doesn’t stain your face when using it.

I have tried many different color shampoos, but HELA hair shampoo is by far the best. I’ve been using it for a while now to cover my gray hair, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do with very little effort.
Unlike traditional dyes, there is no harsh chemical smell, which I absolutely love. It’s incredibly easy to use and works fast, providing great, consistent coverage while leaving my hair feeling soft and healthy rather than dried out.

I am happy how the product worked and the result is exactly how I want it. You just have to leave it longer especially on the roots. Will definitely order again!

Disappointing product and no customer service!
I bought three bottles of the blond colour as they had an offer on.
I've started to use the first bottle and dispite shaking it till my arm nearly fell off, all I kept getting through the pump was the cream developer and none of the colour. Having dispensed approximately half the bottle of cream I eventually got some colour out. Not sure how many uses I will actually get now thought as the cream developer will run out long before the colour side.
The colour has covered my grey...but turned my hair orange...not blond!
I have emailed customer support and completed the website contact form but to no avail...no response from them yet.
It seems leaving a negative review might be the only way to get action...we will see...I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Very pleased with my recent purchase and the offer currently on. The creamyness of the shampoo and ease of application is excellent - it really does work and the dark brown colour lasted for ages. Definitely recommend and ONLY buy from Helahair, genuine product so only use genuine site - I learnt the hard way hence my positive response here.

I am now on my second bottle of Hela Hair. First I used the medium brown and now I am using the dark brown. They are both beautiful colors but I think the medium has a little auburn tint to it. My hair is in between an auburn and a dark brown so either one works for me. I love how fast and easy this is to apply and use. I think I prefer using my hands to the brush that comes with it. I do use the brush on the edges around my face but my hair is very long and thick and the brush just doesn't work for me on the rest. My first bottle I used all over my head and the second bottle I am using for edge and root touch-ups. I think I will get more uses out of the bottle. I looked at this product for a very long time before I ordered it and now I think what was I waiting for? It gives me natural looking grey coverage that lasts for weeks. I have even used it on my eyebrows with pretty good results. I have some thick white hairs in my brows that are just plain stubborn but only 2 didn't cover.
Please don't stop making this product I am not ready to go grey yet!

Stay Well Clear Of This Product....

Ordered this product on the basis that its supposed to be massage in and wash out... SIMPLE ! well its not...

The Hela Hair product that we received is NO DIFFERENT to any standard hair dye available at half the price from any outlet... same two colour parts that come out, even the brush they are giving away with it is identical, smells the same etc

Now onto the issues with it...

It stains your skin, nails and any place it touches so the claim that its simple to use is utter nonsense, the website is totally misleading in this respect and the issues with dealing with the staining to my wifes hairline were ridiculous, the colour was supposedly black and came out a lovely Brown/Ginger...

As to the claim on their website, quote...

TOTAL RUBBISH... emailed them, told them clearly the issues with the product and basically nothing happened... they requested photos of the horrendous outcome of using their product to which I explained that a hairdresser had rectified the problem with proper hair dye and that going through the same proceedure was a none starter as it was a nightmare and an epensive one since someone had to be paid to rectify things....

So Overall, I would say DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE AT ALL

I think this product works to well lol you have to leave it on for less time and thats great but even better customer service

I am very happy with how fast the product was delivered.
One of the bottles leaked inside during transit but when I mentioned this to customer service they said they would send me a replacement bottle.
I tried the product and was impressed with the results, I went for a medium brown and it looks very natural.
No stains to my skin.
I definitely would recommend.

They actually followed up for the minor issues and misunderstanding I had earlier.
Now happier to shop with Hela hair without any hesitation

I love using Nova hair.
I lost my hair due to meds, it grew back grey; using Nova hair gives it a beautiful soft texture better than it was before my health issues.

I placed an order on Sunday and within five minutes, realized that the blonde color I had picked did not go through & I indeed somehow ordered black. I emailed them right away. The website says you can cancel within 24 hours. Come Monday, no response. It is now Tuesday night. I still don’t have a response, but I did get an email saying my order had been shipped so they didn’t read my email and cancel the order or change it to the blonde color that I was requesting.
