I am extremely disappointed with Hela Hair. The products I purchased did not match the quality or description on their website, and they failed to meet even basic expectations.
When I contacted customer service to raise concerns, I received minimal support and no meaningful resolution.
I would caution anyone considering buying from Hela Hair to think carefully, as my experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.
I hope the company improves its product quality and customer service, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

It's a really good product that's easy to use and looks great. I'll keep using it

Can someone please give hela hair phone number to me I’m from Europe I think this product come from china and they saying come from USA please if someone help me to be 100% sure this product is made in USA? Thank you

I purchased Hela Hair, 2 x black & 1 x auburn on sale. Fast delivery during a busy period of the year, Xmas. I applied the black colour and I had full coverage over my grey hair in 10-15mins. I have 80-90% grey hair, perfect cover without the toxic chemical odour. Unfortunately I could not get anything out of the Auburn colour bottle. I immediately contacted customer service and Sophia was quick to remedy the situation. 100% Customer satisfaction with the products & service. Thank you

Most AMAZING Hair color product out there that actually works And WITHOUT THE ITCH like all the others out there. And I’ve tried many. And their Custom Support is Awesome.
Finally found a product that im sticking with!!!

This made coloring my hair convenient. I do not have to make an appointment at the salon. No squeezing in my appointment with all the other things I have to do.
I love the color and look forward to doing business with them.

I ordered several bottle after being happy with the first try. I ordered Auburn, which the first bottle delivered, the other bottles, also marked auburn, came out bright red, almost orange. Very disappointing. Now I’m stuck with all this unusable hair dye, unfortunately as I really enjoy the simple and effective process of application.

I really like this product it really does make your hair nice and soft and it is easy to use.

I absolutely love Hela Hair in the color black! It’s so gentle on my scalp, which is a huge plus since I have sensitive skin. I’m already on my third bottle, and that alone says how much I trust and enjoy this product.

My husband even tried it on his beard, and it did an amazing job covering his gray hairs and darkening them naturally. I recently purchased the brown-black shade and I’m really excited for him to try it—I’m hoping it gives a softer, more natural tone and isn’t as dark as the black I use for my hair. Highly recommend!

Probably the best product out there i think, i hate using many product with strong smells of chemicals, especially around my moustache and beard. The colour result wasn’t great. Come Helahair I was amazed at the results the colour looked so natural.

I ordered and received the product in blonde. I followed the instructions and left the colour on for 5 mins.

I now have grey roots just as before and the rest of my hair which was a white/ blonde is now a shocking colour which is greenish yellow. I have just washed it for a second time and am horrified at the appearance of my hair. I will have to find a hairdresser who can strip this awful mess out of my hair. Beware of what result you might end up with.

So easy to use. Blends perfectly with my natural medium brown hair color. And significant less mess than other brands of hair dye. 10 min and 10 years younger

The new bottle is much better and the two ingredients blend nicely. However you still can't see through the bottle and have no idea if you may run out in the middle! Also, I love the applicator brush, but at some point I am going to have a dozen of them. I also don't need any of the plastic stuff that comes in each kit. The color looks great on my Grey hair and it doesn't irritate or smell toxic. However it seems to fade out more quickly than I would hope.

After placing an order online, I received two bottles in the wrong colours. I emailed Hela and they promptly sent me two replacements at no extra cost — and they didn’t even ask me to return the originals. Amazing customer service! And by the way, the product is great too 🙂

I am so glad I found this product! I have been dyeing my hair for over 20 years, as I went grey very early in life. This covers the greys no problem and leaves my hair feeling soft and healthy. My husband always comments on how great my hair smells after it is freshly “colored” with Hela Hair. I always have some on hand because I never want to be without it! Customer service is also phenomenal!

I love to use this color hair dye because I really like the way it leaves my hair, and it is so easy to use. I even have my son using it and my sister and they agree that they really like it.

I’ve been using Hela hair for a short time and I love it! It’s very easy to use with no mess! I accidentally ordered the wrong color shampoo, and I’m grateful of how good they are taking care of me!
