I've been using Nova - now - HelaHair for around a year now. I use 7 pumps of the Black Brown and mix it with 3 pumps of the Dark Brown. Leave it on for 10 min - NO LONGER - or the Black Brown stains my skin. The Dark Brown is less intense, you can leave it on longer - but it tends to have more red/copper tones to it rather than brown. It really tones down the gray! Gradually fades over a 10 day - 2 week period. I apply weekly to keep the intensity balanced.

This product is so easy to use. I love the auburn colour and the fact you can touch up the greys so easily. I have very short hair so the greys appear, my hair grows out of the colour before it fades. Great thing is ...it does not smell!

Beware. Purchased 3 bottles Hela brown black. Each bottle took 50+ pumps to get both products to combine. The white product was overflowing while brown product empty. Wasting 1/2 of product before use able customer service was rude and unprofessional told me to send video of pump problem. I sent pictures. If i was to return product i would Pay shipping cost to return. Cost $35.00. Horrible customer service. I will never buy from this company again.

Helahair product is easy to apply, doesn’t burn eyes, and has a pleasant smell. Since I used it in February, I haven’t retouched my hair. I’ll definitely buy it again.

I genuinely recommend this product; you’re going to love your results.

I used to get my hair dye done professionally until I thought that I would try this. Very sceptical at beginning however when I tried it I could not believe the coverage it did. I have since done my second dye and this time was more comfortable using no gloves and letting it sit in my hair longer for colour. I love it and will keep using it. The barber shop where I now get my hair cut was in awe and she is going to try it as well.

I’m so impressed with this product and the company behind it. I originally ordered two boxes, but the color turned out a bit too light for me at first. I reached out to their team, and Charlotte was incredibly kind and helpful—she sent me a new box with a darker shade that worked perfectly.
The product is so simple and easy to use, making it great for touch-ups. It really works and feels much healthier for my hair than normal color. It is rare to find a product that works this well backed by such a supportive team, and I will definitely be ordering again.

This is a dream come true. It covered my grays perfectly and the good news is it’s all natural. I got two medium browns and one dark brown. I used the medium brown and it’s amazing.

At first I thought it didn’t work but I used it on wet hair. I used it again on dry hair and left it on for 30mins and it’s a beautiful blonde 😁

The product is great, I use medium brown and it covers all my greys in hair and beard, I love it.

bought and paid for this product they said 5 to 7 days delivery its day 12 i emailed them multiple times no answer i guess i got rodded!

I dyed my long hair once using hela hair shampoo, from having lots of blonde highlight to jet black, made my hair look healthier, 6 months on, the black colour remained as dark as when I first coloured my hair, the colour never fades. Shorter colouring time and no toxic chemical smell, so pleased with this purchase, I also bought them for my mum and sister. 😊

I’m 51 and this product is amazing. The coverage is great and although there is a little staining (gloves recommended), it doesn’t smell bad and is very gentle. Gives you full coverage in as little as 10-15 minutes.

EDITED - Got an email from them once they saw the TrustPilot review and not in response to my several emails asking why it was taking so long to ship. Tried to convince me to remove this review and they would send me a free bottle as a "gesture of goodwill if I removed it"
Long story short, within a day of the Trust Pilot review both orders were picked up for shipping even though they had sat there not picked up for over 2 weeks. Now, you make your mind up if that was coincidence or not?

Once again, do yourself a favour and don't buy from these people! I've used Simpler Hair colour before and their customer service is A LOT LOT better than this. Product hasn't even arrived yet and I'm not even interested in trying it.

Firstly, it says "Ships From USA" This is not true. When you purchase you will get a tracking number that originates in China.
I ordered around 2 weeks ago, have been given tracking number etc but it still says it hasn't been picked up yet. I have two different orders and both are saying the same thing. Emailed them several times and never once got a reply. SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I bought the blonde shampoo (which is not a real shampoo but works like normal dye just premixed). As a result my hair is now orange (not strawberry blonde or red) with a green tinge. The product left my hair feel dry and frizzy.I have washed my hair 10 times in the meantime (purple shampoo, specialty Kerastase products to remove colour, ..,) and resorted to dye my hair with a normal blonde bleach dye- my hair is still orange with a green tinge. The colour can best be described as what you see when old men try to dye their white hair. I bought the shampoo paying with PayPal and I had to escalate to a claim. After blaming my hair, the way I used the product … the seller offered a refund if I pay the international return costs from Australia to the US. The costs are more half of the refund. The seller insisted on this ‘offer’ even after I escalated the issue. It looks like I will have to go through my bank. A lot of effort to get money back for a product that is unfit for sale. Additionally, the shampoo has a nasty chemical smell and my scalped was burning for several hours after application.

This shampoo does an excellent job covering grey! My hair feels soft and shiny. They also have excellent customer service. Highly recommend Hela Hair!

This product is truly magic.
Ive used it twice and it is really so good. It covers the grey roots and lasts for weeks and weeks and after a couple of different trial colours I have settled on light brown and its perfect for me.
Added bonus, it leaves hair very soft and with a brilliant shine.
