The gloves that I ordered are very low quality and ripped after only 6 games. I tried to contact the customer service but no response after 2 weeks

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your order. Because standard international shipping was selected during checkout, the length of time for delivery may take longer than expected. We have options available on our website that will get international shipments delivered within 3-5 business days, but they are more expensive. We will continue to monitor your order status and provide updates as they're posted via the carrier.
I had to pay 40 more dollars for duty
I had to pay 40 more dollars for duty. You should include all fees when purchasing. Additionally, we were charged for shipping which is fine but I feel like the lack of communication is a problem here. Poor review forsure.

Thank you for your feedback, your input is extremely important us. Because customs fees and duty varies for each country, it's very difficult to accurately quote for each order. We understand your concern and we're looking into systems to better provide this information to our customers.
Great activity for all ages!
My 3 grandsons, ages 4, 6, and 8 are obsessed with playing and watching baseball and their dad got them a Hecostix to help them develop eye-hand coordination. So I ordered one for myself so that I can work with them—and hopefully improve my own coordination!

HecoStix - a Fun Way to Improve Coordination
I purchased 2 HecoStix as a gift for my 12 year old grandson who currently plays traveling baseball. Four of us (ages 10,12,40 and 68) played initially for a couple of hours and it was great fun. We learned there are different ways to toss it as skills improve. If multiple people are using it as a game, purchasing at least two is a good idea. We didn’t call out which hand the first time. My daughter loves the weight and plans to use these for travel. HecoStix are awesome!!

Fantastic results for my 7yr old!
The first time using this my first grader was the typical turn head, stiff arms and hands. I was blown away how 10 min or less into playing he was catching it almost every time. This is a great tool for young players trying to develop hand eye coordination and get past the hesitation they have of something being thrown at them! I coach these 7yr olds and want all of them to have one.

It’s a neat concept in theory- but it is more difficult to execute in real life. I think playing catch can be equally as effective.

Thank you for your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it. As with any new product or tool, it's important start slow. Training with HECOstix can be as easy or as difficult as the users make it. Start with tossing the HECOstix like a bean bag (underhand from the center), with no rotation and gradually progress to incorporating rotation. The goal is to catch the color called and if the rotation is too fast, it will be very challenging even for the most experienced HECOstix user. We hope this helps improve your experience and perhaps you can revisit your review after adjusting the difficulty of the training.
Great experience
Great experience. We love this product and use it daily with our athletes for cognitive training, hand-eye training, and team building. We even incorporate them with our other items like BlazePods for additional cognitive challenges and the products work perfectly together.
