The gloves that I ordered are very low quality and ripped after only 6 games. I tried to contact the customer service but no response after 2 weeks

3rd set of hecostyx and the results have been fast and fun! This set of the same color pattern has been great with group training sessions as well as one on one sessions at our new San Francisco Club... Se mer
The first time using this my first grader was the typical turn head, stiff arms and hands. I was blown away how 10 min or less into playing he was catching it almost every time. This is a great tool... Se mer

Wasn’t expecting hollow plastic
Wasn’t expecting hollow plastic. Thought there would be som weight to it so it doesn’t just fly away in the wind.

Thank you for your feedback and we genuinely appreciate your business. It seems you were expecting a heavier training tool and perhaps you're using the HECOstix in windy environments (which is so much fun). The beauty of wind and other elements, that are out of our control, is the conditions can increase or decrease the difficulty of training for all participants! HECOstix are advertised weighing 7oz on our website and the reason we chose that weight, was so the products could be used by a wide range of consumers effectively while also keeping safety in mind.
Thank you again for your support and have a great Holiday Season!

Exceptional Training Aid
Trains for hand eye coordination. My kids love playing with them when we make a game out of it. Very good durable. Will implement into my baseball team practices this winter.

Easy to order and enjoyed by teenage granddaughter.
Ordering was easy & delivery was timely. A birthday gift to my granddaughter, who has enjoyed product and is experimenting with friends and family on different ways to use it and games.

Vector ball and blazepods
I ordered a vector ball and blazepods. As the blazepods didn't arrive on time in the HECOstix warehouse, they immediately informed about that and kept me up to date. Additionally, as I had to wait some days longer for my order, HECOstix added a product of them to the shipment, for free.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with the customer service.

Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service. Deceptive Business Practices. I ended up paying more for shipping than this piece of junk was worth.

Absolutely love the HecoStix
Absolutely love the HecoStix. Great way to break the ice at practice but still get in a good warm up and work in hand eye coordination that is essential for baseball.
