The gloves that I ordered are very low quality and ripped after only 6 games. I tried to contact the customer service but no response after 2 weeks

The first time using this my first grader was the typical turn head, stiff arms and hands. I was blown away how 10 min or less into playing he was catching it almost every time. This is a great tool... Se mer

Thank you for reaching out regarding your order and we appreciate your support. We apologize for the inconvenience the shipping delay has caused. Once the order has been picked up by USPS, we have no control over the delivery speed. However, it seems the shipment is taking longer than usual to arrive and may be lost in transit given the lack of new tracking updates. Unfortunately these things do happen, but we're happy to send a replacement order out today at no additional cost to you. Thank you again for your feedback and support.
Fun and Exciting - all the kids love these!
Our Hecostix arrived quickly and the kids started playing with them right away! They have turned out to not only be a great training aid for all our ninja warriors BUT they’re also great for long car trips, playgrounds, and backyard fun!! They’ve made up all sorts of games to play and ways to elevate basic games!

Thank you for your feedback. Was there a problem with your order specifically? The "Value Play" HECOstix are discounted 50% off the regular price because, although they're brand new, they may have minor cosmetic blemishes that don't impact the performance of the product itself. We have never received a review of this kind so it would be helpful to understand exactly what the issue was.
An amazing tool that even Djokovic uses!!
What an amazing tool!
Love our HecoSTIX! I think it’s such a valuable tool
to develop hand-eye coordination! Thank you! Oh,
one more thing… I was watching the Australian Open and the next match the announcers said would be a Djokovic one. I see him doing stretching and in the background, what should I see but HecoSTIX?! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Here is possibly the best player in the world using this tool! This is now part of our routine.

I love our Hecostix
I love our Hecostix! I use it to help my hand eye coordination and it is just plain old fun! I am 66 years old, and I feel like it is helpful to me for pickleball and life in general. It can be used by oneself or with many people. I purchased several for family members this holiday season! Great product.

3rd set of hecostyx 💪🏼🤺🦾
3rd set of hecostyx and the results have been fast and fun! This set of the same color pattern has been great with group training sessions as well as one on one sessions at our new San Francisco Club (SF Fencing Academy) and using them at our Paralympic fencing camp at the Olympic Paralympic Training Center in CO. The durability is also been proven after 7 weeks of youth fencing camps and airport smash your bag travel. There’s no substitute for the real deal! I’ll be looking for new colors and keep pointing the parents and athletes to the OG hecostyx for quality and durability.

Great product to work the mind
Great product to work the mind, hand, and eyes. It really improves your reaction speed and coordination.

Fast shipping and great product
Fast shipping and great product! But could use better storage. Received a light weight rope bag that the stick barely fits in and a piece of cardboard to keep the hecostix from bending. Could use a hard plastic case or something that would be a bit more robust than cardboard

Great product!
The product is great! My kids are having fun playing with it!
The only thing is that it took a while (more than 2 weeks) to receive it (I live in Québec, Canada).
