Heaven skin care new eternal cream the best product I’ve ever used.
I buy a lot of skincare but i feel nothing reaches the mark as much as this brand Heaven their products are really special they smell very good no perfume and you know straight away that they are working , I heard this brand is a got to for celebrities and royalty I can see now why my skin has become younger looking the more I’m using it.
Collagen drops, agedefience and the new Eternal cream. Although I do like Bee venom mask too which was their signature product.

Great product, bad admin!
I like the collagen drops very much but... I was recommending them to my clients but they kept saying "but the instructions on the website don't make sense" and they are right, they don't, and the Heaven team have said they are wrong but haven't changed them... so I have stopped recommending them as I got a bit sick of saying "no you don't drink one vial a day, it's one per week" and "The box isn't a weekly pack, it's a monthly pack". One of my clients said "you say it's good but judging by the inaccurate website I don't trust it" which is so sad but I can see her point. I will keep using it but I wish one of the Heaven team could take five minutes to update the site!

Heaven skincare is desirable to me
Heaven skincare is desirable to me because the results are seen relatively early on in my skin care routine after using the products. The samples I received were perfect because they allowed me to try a product I wouldn't have ordered.

Absolutely superb experience
Absolutely superb experience in the salon yesterday with Deborah. I booked a gold facial. I emailed this morning to thank them and add a note that this facial requires a health warning. You cannot stop staring at yourself in the mirror afterwards.!! ;-))

WAITING FOR 2 REFUNDS
I ordered serum and made a mistake so didn't get 10% discount i cancelled this and reordered. then contacted the company who then said she would cancel both orders and reorder at 30% discount and a refund for both orders would take 3-5 working days this didn't happen after contacting them they said there was confusion so it would take 10 working days and to contact them after that period if not received which I did to be told that the office was closed on a Friday and to phone on a Monday. i sent an email telling them it was an unacceptable to wait and for someone who can action this refund to phone me. I am now waiting so I will update on the outcome when I receive a phone call. all in all im not happy with how long it taken to receive my refunds and having to chase the company for it

Hydro cleansing Milk
I am a repeat buyer of Heaven hydro skin cleanser and I love it! Nothing makes my skin feel fresher and the lavender soothes the mind before bed. My skin is clearer and less congested with this cleanser. I ran out recently and had to revert to other good quality skincare but my skin protested. I will always buy this and I like to buy when there are offers on. I’ve bought other products as gifts and all recipients loved them.
