Do not buy from this company. I bought a bottle of Armani advertised as an ex display but FULL bottle, broken lid so they agreed a discount and it came with about a spoon full of perfume in it and they are refusing any wrong doing. Will be reporting this company and taking further action.
Reply to their reply: nice to see you’re lying in public. Send proof the bottle was full because it arrived empty. Disgusting behaviour and disgusting treatment of a paying customer. Do yourselves a favour anyone reading this, don’t bother with this company.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience, we are very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience.
As our team already explained to you, we don’t sell faulty items and we immediately refunded you when we found out about the fault, however, you insisted on purchasing it at the discounted price, knowing the condition and accepted the non-refundable terms.
You emailed us a week later and asked for a full refund, sending us a picture showing the perfume bottle with a broken top next to a bowl which you mentioned you broke to take the liquids out.
We have proof that the perfume bottle was purchased from a reputative supplier as a full bottle and assessing it before dispatch confirmed the same. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we would accept a return for a refund if the bottle was in its original condition.
We apologise again that we won’t be able to accept the broken empty bottle for a full refund.

Found this site by chance as it was the only place I could find my Mother's favourite perfume in stock leading up to Christmas (DK Cashmere Mist - hard to find nowadays, especially at a reasonable price). I'm reluctant to buy higher value items (especially perfumes) from sites I'm unfamiliar with, but I took a chance based on Trustpilot reviews. Glad I did. Very happy with item (definitely the genuine article), was thrilled they had it in stock. Also very happy with reasonable price and timely delivery. Would definitely buy from Heavenly Riches again - I just hope they're still stocking this fragrance when this bottle is running

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment however, it’s very unfair to blame us for that as we do sell discontinued items which some come as a tester bottle, as for the item you purchased we have clearly described the item in bold and the pictures also showing the exact condition of the item.
*Please note this product is a brand-new tester bottle and comes unboxed, without a lid. The 1st picture is for illustration purposes only, please refer to the product’s gallery. there are a few scratches on the actual product so it might not be suitable for gifting.
