Noisy
Fast delivery, well packed, and presented as described. However, it makes a clicking sound every time it touches the ground. My father doesn't seem to mind it as he only uses it occasionally, but the rhythmic noise irritates me. I think it's a question of tolerance to sounds.

the product I ordered came quickly, but although it has helped a bit, it is not as supportive or easy to use as I had hoped. I have now seen products that look very similar at very much lower prices.

Excellent service and great product. Pedigel lined tubing Medium is protecting corn on the tip of my 4th toe (Women's size 4 shoe). Easily stitched top of tubing for the treadmill, where force rolled back the open tubing. (Stitching not necessary for general use.) Will be keeping up my orders with Orthotix - happy with product, price, no-fuss ordering, and speed of delivery.

we purchased a phone for my mother in…
we purchased a phone for my mother in law who lives in an annexe at our home. The phone handset was advertsied as having a 50 metre range from the base station, yet it would not function at 20metres. (probably a lot less). We returned item and have been refused a refund as the seller claims we left food residue on the phone, base station, wore a button marking off , left a stain on the guide book and scratches on the phone, which is odd as i noticed none of these when wiping down and repacking to return item, the phones were nowhere near food items, and the button claimed to be worn we never used that function in the month we had phone. Complaining to trading standards..

We acknowledge that you originally contacted us because you were dissatisfied with the operating range of the telephone. Upon receiving the items back, our Returns Team carried our a thorough inspection and documented a number of issues.
These included staining and sticky residue on the handset, residue on the accompanying literature, marks to the additional handset and wear to the printed voicemail indicator on the base. Photographs documenting the condition recorded during our inspection were provided to you.
We acknowledge that you dispute these findings and state that the telephone was not in this condition when you returned it. We can only assess a returned product based on the condition in which it is received and the findings documented by our Returns Team.
We also note your suggestion that the marks may have occurred after the product was returned to us. We have no evidence to support this. The photographs provided were taken by our Returns Team as part of their assessment of the returned product.
We appreciate that you disagree with the outcome of our assessment. Our decision was based on the condition documented by our Returns Team when the product was received, and the supporting photographs have been provided to you. We remain available should you wish to discuss the matter with us further.
