Order No PO3292348
Order No. PO3292348 successfully arrived, as expected on 31.7.2026 thank you. However since then I have experienced a problem! My order included 2 Free Batteries and one of these works fine but the other (which I only opened & tried to use very recently) appears to be faulty! The faulty new battery appears to charge OK but when an OK Vape Extra High Refill is screwed into it it does NOT draw at all!! This is most annoying as although I have some working batteries, they don't last forever !! So, I'd be grateful if you could post me another Free Battery as a replacement for the faulty one

Not received order and no response
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. I logged online to find it says “order completed”. I contacted the customer service team to which they said “your order is complete”, which was not true. I replied to the email, I got no answer. I raised this again, still no answer. Basically been robbed of £30 and getting no answers.
