For years I have been buying my prosthetic gel socks from here - can't get them anywhere else. Now they have increased their prices 30% - way above inflation. Not a happy bunny I can tell you. If I could get them elsewhere I would.

I ordered Rynard gloves, which were to small. A refund was given. Then I ordered the next size up, which came the next day and fitted well. Thanks for the quick service.

Don’t EVER buy from this company. I just bought a back brace from them for almost £250. It was not suitable so I sent it back unworn, in pristine condition, in the same packaging that it arrived, securing the package with parcel tape. It was returned by Special Delivery costing another £11. They say that it arrived back to them “damaged” and cannot refund me. Absolutely appalling. So now I have a fractured spine and am £260 out of pocket as well. I do not think the photos of the damaged item they sent me are of the item I returned - the item I returned still had the cardboard on the straps.

Product ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged. VAT relief was returned promptly as well. I had previously ordered an item in error which I sent back, the refund for which was also processed quickly. Very impressed with the service from Health and Care and would have no hesitation ordering again.

Great item that really works! This is our second purchase of the silver lined gloves for Raynards as they really work. They look just like 'normal' gloves(so no worry of feeling self-conscious when wearing), the quality is great, fast delivery and are worth every penny as they really help with the cold&number hands caused by the Raynards.

Love the fabric design and small size. At first found it very difficult to open. Needs exact positioning and quite a bit of strength. The disappointment is that it is quite impossible to fold up neatly and get back into the cover for storage. I hate hats and have some sun damage on my head so an umbrella with high sun protection sounded to be the answer! Any advice on the folding problem?
